No. The VS team was on here after I posted and tagged them. The emails and messages were sent last night. Otherwise I wouldnt be saying anything :)

I'm still waiting for the PM they said they sent yesterday, its been sorted out now by support, but when they say 'sent you a pm' you don't expect that to mean 'we haven't sent you a pm' do you lol

Yeah. I might just go to support. Something is going on, because they haven't even read my email. Short staffed?

Everything just seems over complicated with Videoslots, my card expired so had to add a new one.

At casumo, made a deposit. Uploaded card photos. Verified. All done in under an hour. No need to contact support.

Didn't seem right so checked with support who told me 'yes it all looks good, you will hear from verification department soon'.
Few hours later, email saying ID needed verifying
My DL expired over a year ago, but they never asked for a new one till now. But as I said to them, they have a bank card showing my name hasn't changed so unless they think my DOB has changed somehow, then they don't actually need it.
Anyway uploaded that.
Turns out they didn't have my card photos, yet I was talking to the same support rep who a few hours previously had said they checked them and they looked good.
So uploaded them again, got them approved.

Went to withdraw
Nope, despite being told last week by live chat, when I verify a new card, the limits will be reset, and I will be able to withdraw, turns out thats not the case, the security team have to reset it on request, and live chat seemed bewildered that I would not want to withdraw to my old expired card!
Then you have to make ANOTHER deposit (even though I have made a few already with that card) and only then can you withdraw.

So casumo - about 30 seconds to upload docs, all verified in an hour and withdrawal processed 10 mins after that.

Videoslots - all day, multiple live chats, multiple emails, deposit before I could withdraw (which was processed within 15 mins).

Why make it so complicated :(

:eek: Oh man. You have more patience than me! :laugh: We all know if I could afford it, I would of flown down, told them to " move the hell over" verified it myself, and than flown back home.

I have noticed with quite a few of your posts, that you don't say very nice things about other members on here. You don't know what goes on in others life. If you have nothing nice to say.........

Why be so rude and condescending?

I know we can't like everyone on here, there is always going to be a clash of personalities along the way but it costs nothing to be polite and if you don't have anything nice or positive to say, why say anything at all?

I know I have been on the end of your condescending comments but chose to ignore you :)

You're on there do not respond list cause this customer is always angry.:p Dan gave them the memo before he left.;)

I for one thank video slots for having their slots pay today, It was a great day which I needed and they paid all 3 withdrawals in normal fast time with no issues.:thumbsup:.
