I'm baffled by the almost shill like defending of them: this is a site that chopped their rewards programme but increased qualifying, a site that doesn't work: in general. All on the basis for what, some 94% max RTP spins? They engage? Well, look at the RAW game on Monday's tonight and sure, sounds like they listen:laugh:

As for other sites offering decent bang for your buck - each to their own. I know some places, and play there, still offering 50-100% matches. Personally, i prefer them rather than collecting 16 rewards that give 2 quid. Like i said, all preference.

As Goat says: have we really reached a stage where a site 'being up' is viewed as some sort of achievement? And casino's wonder why they can 'get away' with offering 94/92/88% slots - some of the comments on here show exactly why they think they can. Because they do.;)

Thanks. CS of course claimed it had changed for everyone but couldn't tell when... They probably by accident forgot to inform me. As in that case I woudn't have deposited a single cent.

Yes they should have emailed to warn of impending loss, or maybe they did? But had you been more loyal you would not have lost it,

But again, apply this to most other businesses and you'd find that the most lucrative offers are usually for new customers. So the notion that casinos or anyone else values customer loyalty is absurd, much like an existing customer owing any form of loyalty to that brand :laugh:
 
Decided to finally crack and try this place for 10 minutes. It wouldn't always load, no pages loading, RTP rates are hammered. That's a no from me, when other sites don't need to have those RTP so low. Will not return.
 
I think we're all hoping that stuff can be fixed. I'd be happy if they shut down the battles for a week just so they can get in there and fix everything to be honest.
If this was any other site I'd just bin them off and find somewhere else but I really do love VS - it's got everything you could possibly want and I really would love it if things got sorted. The fact I'm still here, like many others, even when the site breaks regularly shows that people are willing to persevere. I know loads of people who use VS who feel the same - they don't want to go anywhere else because of the range of games, fast withdrawals and unique promotions.

I mean you've got the likes of William Hill and Sky Vegas tugging themselves off, promoting the fuck out of some shitty 'prize drop' or 'win machine' bollocks where you can win 5p. VS offers so much more and are willing to take the time to engage with players on here. At least they're not hiding...
i also love VS and would be my go to casino but lately been a nightmare with battles, rewards and now worse i have been waiting 3 days for a red wheel and no weekend booster , did send off email to address given on here and got answer saying i was right and they checkced my history, would be sorted asap that was over 10 hours ago like how long does it take to credit a wheel once history checked , please VS even if u have the errors the time you are taking to credit players that have been affected is digraceful we want to keep playing , also get more winnings and withdrawals from other sites but love the playabiity of VS and fast withdrawals

i have played god knows how many sites and just played the welcome offer doesnt mean they are any good or u will keep playing there, customer loyalty is everything its where u go back to if you are a regular gambler you u look for sites that are trustworthy, u can trust the promotions, quick payouts for majority of it and also quick help if a promotions messes up, VS used to be up the top in all of this but they seem to be taking a dive of a cliff atm , am hoping someone gives them a parachute soon :D

8 hours ago one request and always i mean always few mins and done but now still pending. No doc requests showing in my documents.

There are no issues with withdrawals at the time. I've checked with our payments team who said that it was pending review, which was delayed a bit, but that it should be approved now.

@Videoslots So my passport ran out and all I have to use is my birth certificate and a UK provisional driving license would those do for ID verification?

Just upload either via your documents page, and they'll be checked within the day.

Clicked the reward and got some sort of network error message and like you the reward has gone.

Can't open the game to check right now as my account in pending re-verification of ID docs so game play suspended until that is done.

Never spent so much time on live help than I did earlier lol, though have to say the 2 agents I dealt with were very good, very helpful.

For a person who avoids CS like the plague, I have had to visit 4-5 times over these past few days.

Have to say, the VS agents have been really good, got my account completely reverified in about 2-3 hours (I don't count overnight when staff gone home) also WB fixed, red wheel fixed, missing 75 spins fixed

Massive thumbs up to VS live help agents, especially Megan who really went the extra mile for me.

Now just need a couple of DoA wild lines and I may actually smile :p

I will send you a pm: I am assuming booster should cover the 7th to 14th, if so underpaid. If it covers last week, 14th to 21st then overpaid. Also again I request that someone look at my achievements as they are still also wrong.

I've had a look at your account, but could not really find that you should be missing any trophies from the game Cloud Quest, or identify that you're missing any rewards.
I suggest you send an e-mail to [email protected] with some more information about what times you missed out on some rewards, and also where the rewards were generated from. (From battles, jackpot wheels, clashes, etc.) Then we can investigate it further and sort out anything that may be missing.

Regarding the experience points. We're currently having an issue where a few users seemingly are having XP points deduced instead of added. It is being looked into, and the account's XP points will be corrected once the underlying issue is resolved.
