I've had a look at your account, but could not really find that you should be missing any trophies from the game Cloud Quest, or identify that you're missing any rewards.
I suggest you send an e-mail to [email protected] with some more information about what times you missed out on some rewards, and also where the rewards were generated from. (From battles, jackpot wheels, clashes, etc.) Then we can investigate it further and sort out anything that may be missing.

Regarding the experience points. We're currently having an issue where a few users seemingly are having XP points deduced instead of added. It is being looked into, and the account's XP points will be corrected once the underlying issue is resolved.

Thanks for the swift reply. I am talking about achievements, trophies and XP all found under the profile tab. Not free spins or wheel wins. It's very difficult for me to specify specific rewards as it no longer states what the trophies are for. For instance the Cloud Quest daily used to be win 100 times, 500 times etc in a day. Then win cumulatively x amount of times in the game. I have all the daily trophies therefor ought to have the respective cumulative ones. As for achievements my board used to have a lot more green! Maybe you could explain what the numbers actually mean ie. Elk 93/766, 93 what? I've been playing for many years at VS so the numbers seem very low for amount of playtime I have on the various providers. Also the XP issue doesn't seem to be about deduction either because if that were the case I would have needed to gain 520000 xp which was then accidently deducted to end up where I am. Thank you.

The requirements and progress for trophies should be shown when moused over, but there does seem to be something wrong where it now only shows the name. Our tech guys are on the case to get this resolved. Thanks for pointing this out.

The number represent number of trophies you have got and in which category. So in the Elk example, you have 93 out of 766 total trophies for games by the provider Elk.
Below this, you also have the search / filter tool, which can be helpful with finding all the trophies for certain games or provider:

Your account do seem to be affected by the current XP issue, which is being looked into as well. This is a recent event though, so you may not have noticed that your latest spins have not increased but rather decreased the current amount of XP earned towards next level.

Hi and again thanks for replying. In all honesty your explanation regarding the XP doesn't help at all. I am missing hundreds of thousands of XP points, not just a few. I am gaining XP as you can see from the screenshot below. I am not progressing as even though I am currently lvl 52 the system seems to think I have yet to reach lvl 1 with only a few hundred XP. Anyway I sincerely hope that, whatever the reason, it will be rectified asap. Thanks.

I'm very sorry for the issues you're facing, and the lacking explanation on the matter. Your XP points has overall been decreasing substantially since the issue surfaced, but the situation is being looked into, and we'll get your XP points corrected as soon as possible.

How can the same casino have problems for years and nothing be done? Well, partly because they have a 9.3 rating.

I can't even play the few rewards I get on Vikings Raid Zone. "Impossible to reset freeplay".

Complete joke VS free battles, worse and worse games. Impossible to win anything decent.

Mystery Friday looked decent and after the change of games it's pointless to play. You might win €3 if you're lucky.

Videoslots is making me deposit less and less though which is a good thing. ;)

Yes the value is the same as normal Thursdays so in that sense a fairly average promotion.
But i can see point here players have lost a lot due to technical problems and compensation has been zero.
So in the spirit of a fair game, it wouldn't have been a big injustice if even once we had gotten better games.
 
The half the time / double prizes was one of my ideas, so if you want to moan, moan at me, I could do with cheering up :p

Ps: We did get a little compensation the other day after the power hour Mr Wild left the two higher value games running for an extra hour or so.

Know its not perfect but its better than nowt, can't be arsed with wagering stuff thousands of times these days so this sort of thing is much better IMO

Obs preferred the original games by a mile but also not too bothered, still kills a couple of hours after work tonight, better than them removing battles and doing rounders tickets nonsense lol.
 
To be fair, if you're here moaning all the time and still deposit at the casino, then there's not really any incentive for the casino to change anything.

Like with all casinos, once they start to feel it in their cash flow, then they'll start to care.

I was in the middle of a battle, I left the laptop for an hour (this battle has a time limit of ~4 hours , come back and I see this:

Had a quick check at your account, but can't see that your balance does not correlate correctly with your latest spins in Dead or Alive.
The running balance also seems to go up or down with correct amounts with recent winnings or losses.

Hey, thanks for the fast reply.

Balance was definatley jumping by random amounts - not matching gameplay.

However the problem seems to have corrected itself now, just done a quick 50 or so spins and all was as it should be in that time / play

Well I was banned from VS a week or two ago and NOW suddenly after some communication and apology on my part for words used regarding a *battle* suddenly I'm told I allegedly have a gambling problem when eh.... I don't. I have a godamn medical problem called excruciating physical pain daily and a whirl of the slots as a 'grinder' was legit my form of distraction and it actually worked to keep my mind only half on pain. It was one of a few coping mechanisms as bizarre as that sounds. No one was certainly going poor around me thats for sure. I'd go on a slots play like a mission :laugh: and if I won sure good for me

Apparently though that means I must be banned for some reason. The isues originally being because I agreed and said something negative about the precious battles . I was a LONG term player and didn't just get a slap, no I got a total blackout and now I'm getting asked for more financial info which they already have via kyc twice in time. Never been a big spender ...maybe that's the problem lol.


Out of paranoia and curiosity (lol) can anyone tell me is VS in the same company as LeoVegas and if you were to think of a place to recommend to this casual player who spends what others would on drink drugs, cigs -whatever! Anyone fancy pm me a nice new haunt? Really disgusted with how VS treated me. Now they're telling me to send them a PDF of my account to be able to release peanuts remaining in my account. Never have I received such an FU from a casino I've been a very usually quiet long term member of.

Hi, Team VS. I just checked the withdrawal section on my profile page after I read about the closed loop withdrawal system here, and it looks like a Visa card is the only option there for me. I believe this is because I only use Visa debit cards for the deposit.

The problem is I cannot make a withdrawal to my Visa debit cards. Bank transfer is the only option for the withdrawal for me. I would really appreciate it if you can add the bank transfer option on my withdrawal section please.

Also if you guys are trying to get your full library of slots before you go live, that is not going happen.
They are very slow here in approving slots and providers, it is getting better lately but you are going to have to go with what they tell you at first.

No joy yet, but it's all fine because "it's with the relevant department" ?
