hi vs, what are the timeframes to remove a card and withdrawl method on your site. i requested this yesterday and the card in question is still in my withdrawl method. i won last night and wasn’t able to withdraw as the withdrawl method was for the card i no longer use as i closed my account with said bank. i asked could my withdrawl method be my other card which i deposit with often. in the past this has taken 2-3 hours max to remove cards. it’s now over a day and a bit and i’m still unable to withdraw. went to chat earlier and was told some time today. but it’s still not done it didn’t take this long before.
