As a casino, you will make more money giving out £3 than having someone win big. As they normally cash it all out.
If you are implying this actually costs vs more money, i dont believe you.
Taking in new slots on as low as 92% does not exactly scream 'we dont care about money'

Im more inclined to believe that if a penny could be saved by swapping over to giving away £3 instead of rounder tickets, the change would already have been made.
Especially since most people seem to prefer cash prizes over the rounder tickets.
Would be a win win, no?
;)

I’ve taken £2 (bonus) up to £1,500 before now (on a different casino), so yeah I think I’m with Kroffe here. I find it fun trying to build up minuscule amounts of money into something decent.

I think if VS upped it from a round 1 to a round 2 ticket it would feel better. Also why not tier the rounder battles? Perhaps give round 2 and round 3 tickets depending on final place? You’d still get the higher rollers buying in directly in at the higher rounds.

Maybe cut the number of winning places down to mitigate the cost of the higher level entry rewards and perhaps even cut the number of rounders battles down...people tend to prefer the free spin battles I think.

Videoslots used to be one of the best. Weekly cash back / free spins and so on and now - nothing but low RTPs on many games.

Exactly the reason why I have dumped them and wont be playing again here. The rewards on the wheel are by now quite pointless and trying to win in the freerolls is like winning a lottery ;-) better options out there for sure.

The rounders tickets have nothing to do with cost vs more money. Its just target to another player group than yourself.
Casinos that is lowering RTP is to increase profit to handle the increased cost on regulated markets.
Im not aware of any business that is not trying to make money and stay profitable.

Facts are still, people will cash out bigger wins more than smaller.

The sit and go battle evenings are a big draw IMO. Always good to have a chance of winning some freespins (especially if you're a low roller).

The normal freerolls are massively oversubscribed for the current prize structure and need looking at IMO. 6000 spin pool would be much better than the current 4500.

Yes obviously people winning a big sum is more likely to make a withdrawal instead of playing it back, which is why the prizepool for the €500 freeroll goes down 300 places.
Spread it out into tiny tiny wins rather than letting a couple of people win amounts they might actually withdraw.

But pretending the rounder tickets were introduced to target some imaginary group of players, and not as a way to cut costs...I dont know, maybe someone else will believe that, i dont.
Just take the battle running now, used to be 5000+ freespins at either 10c or 20c, thats €500 or €1000.
Now its 60 rounder tickets valued at €5.5 = €330
But yeah, its not about cutting costs, its about targeting a different group of players.

Okey, but that has nothing to do with the wheels as we where discussing. How do you mean its about cutting cost in the wheels to offer 5.5 EUR Rounder ticket vs £3 cash?

£3 cash is 100% guaranteed €5.5 battle ticket guarantees nothing 9/10.

I have had a tiny balance £2 - £10 last me hours on occasion, ticket last 5 minutes, if that.

Its all about the play time and value for deposits for me (and I'd think many, many other low rollers out there) old blue wheels offered much more play time via their set up than they do today.

Id say the £3 is about 1000000000000000 times more likely to lead to a withdrawal.
Obviously thats an estimate, but should be fairly close.

Yes, when that one in a million withdrawal from a rounders battle happens, it is likely to be bigger than the withdrawals coming from people getting £3 cash and spinning on slots.
But since they are so rare im willing to bet the withdrawals made from giving out £3 a couple hundred times (thats how many tickets you need on average to win something from the rounders) would easily outvalue the prizes given out in the rounder battles.

The RTP is 95% in Rounders, based on top price of about 1,100 EUR in round 5 and a total share of 2875 EUR split on 4 spots. So my chances of getting a decent chunk of cash in the long run is better in Rounders than using £3 in a random game. Even using them in a game of 98% RTP the top price will be so much higher so the chance of me getting any decent is much lower than in Rounders.

As an entertainment player, I also get a lot more playtime in rounders than on cash play.
You play in them?

Would be good if they'd allow you to forfeit the ticket for its cash value. Then those who wish to use it as a rounders entry are free to do so if they so wish and those who want a small cash balance are kept happy too.

Rip rounder battles if that became an option.
=)

Thats the thing, €5.5 is what they cost, not what they are worth.
I can make drawings all day and try to sell them for €1000 per drawing, obviously that does not make them worth €1000
They are only worth what people are prepared to pay for them, and sadly, both for my drawings and round 1 rounder tickets, the amount people are willing to pay is €0.

If interested in buying a €1000 drawing, send pm.

Someone's been to business school re value and the need for an active market to trade goods in that determines all that jazz

;)

One question - is the drawing the same/better as your graphical representation of you on the toilet that you last did?

@Team.Videoslots - Just a quick one for ya! Those Spin Clashes are 100% unfair to the UK and other countries that have that 3 second rule! It basically means we have no chance of placing in those clashes what so ever!

So it would be great if you can change the spin clash to be fairer for everyone?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi @DreamRJ,

Thank you for the feedback. We will review the situation to see if we can implement any improvements that takes the delays into account.

Have a nice day.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots

Thanks a lot, appreciate it. I am not expecting anything to change. But maybe you could perhaps make them only available for certain countries? So you could maybe have some spin clashes for UK and other restricted countries 1 hour, then other hour for the other countries? That way we have the same chances that hour then!. That might be the easiest solution?

Probably easier to change all of them to Big Win clashes, because those ones are not affected by jurisdictional variations. In the UK after October you won't be able to play on more than one slot at a time, as well as not being able to use turbo play or slam-stop. Some countries will always have an advantage of disadvantage with regards to speed of play. At least with the Big Win clashes it's a more level playing-field - more about luck on the game you're playing rather than how many spins you can hammer through something in an hour...

Completely agree with that, it is the fairest way to do it. plus, having a competition whereby the way to win is play 4 games at once is hardly in the spirit of responsible gaming!
