@Team.Videoslots - Can I please give you a suggestion? Can you please make it so that the MY RTP section lets us see our RTP for all games on a specific date range, like we can do so with the account/game history sections? As it stands there is 3 banners at the top that shows your overall RTP %, then the lowest RTP in a slot, then the highest RTP in a slot.

I also see there is then a section when you scroll down for session RTP, but that is and does now show an overall RTP for a set date/time period? So please please can you make it the same as the account/game history for RTP too please?

This would be a civil matter and the police wouldn't get involved VS would have to go thru due process to get the money back.

Ending with them applying for a CCJ giving you 14 days to satisfy failing that they could instruct debt collection I.E bailiff action.

Your personal circumstances will dictated how you approach this if you fail to pay it back after the CCJ is issued and u fail to comply with the enforcement they can hit you with an attachment of earnings (pending you work and pay tax and national insurance).

This will be a long winded process and at cost to VS slots (if your living in a hostel with a jack Russell) if not pay the money back or you will be hit with all the fees.

all the spins on the red wheel are 0.10 spins.

It is with a sad heart that I am thinking of closing my account at Videoslots.
I have been a member from day 1 and my deposits have been very frequent and plentiful over the years.
I have to say I always have been a happy customer but with some things happened over the last few months I am not sure if I can continue my business anymore.

Let me be clear, I never had any issues with VS when it comes to withdrawals or other related topics.
I have always been paid within 1 hour after WD request was made, sometimes even instantly. I cannot and will never fault Videoslots for that.

I will tell you what my issues are / were and as they are my personal opinion I thought it would be okay to share them here:

* I was not amused when the RTP% for Play 'n Go slots had been lowered without notifying the customers in the affected countries, a simple e-mail would have created so much more understanding.

*The constant blocking of slot providers like Novomatic / Amatic and lately also Ygdrassil is a pain. I was told loads of times it would be looked at and fixed as I was told I should have been able to play Novomatic slots at least. They are still blocked.

*When I did my quiz earlier this year I asked you guys to add something for the charity I was trying to raise funds for or add some prizes to the prize pool for contestants, I was told you'd get back to me and you never did which makes me think it was not even looked at or not taken seriously.

*Birthday Bonus - As a long standing player a small good will gesture on my birthday would be much appreciated. I it just to show your appreciation towards your loyal players, nobody is expecting a 500 Euro Free Chip. I had some birthday bonuses today from casinos where I only play very seldom. It is weird to see that the casinos where I deposit 90% of my bankroll did not even send me a happy birthday e-mail..
I have deposited at least 30 grand if not more at Videoslots since it was opened and of course did withdraw less than that over time which is fine and to be expected.
In the beginning VS was always a place that'd send my something nice, mostly organized by Dan at the time.

*As a (former) affiliate I was always paid too late, I always had to send multiple e-mails or make calls to get my commission paid..Even if VS had this outsourced, they could have make sure things would run more smoothly.

No disrespect and like I said I have always played with fun at Videoslots, I trust you guys 100% and would refer players in a heartbeat but above reasons are making me think to take my business elsewhere for now.
There are casinos out there that seem to care more for their players if I may say so for now.

I just wanted to let you know guys so you can see if you can improve in any way from above comments.

I really hope you see this message as constructive criticism and not to talk you guys down.

I have not closed down my account yet but like I said I am thinking about it.

I'm not finding rewards align with play
If you're spinning and playing at 10 cents, maybe it's fine.
When you spin a buck and more and lose 1600 but your reward is 15 free spins at 10 cents, it just doesnt fit

fine for low rollers and probably perks for exceptionally high high rollers
but if you're middle guy - stuck at level 20, 50 cents to a buck fifty in free spins, VS is NOT really all that great for rewards..in fact, most sites are better


but VS is trustworthy and there's reps and a vast games selection and turnies
but with no loyatly department, youre just a player, not a valued one

supposed to be a surprise lol but as its being posted before I will let you in on the secret....

Red wheel can award any of the 3 jackpots as well as upgrade to any of the better wheels (including platinum and level 21 special wheel) it also carries 50FS, 75FS and 100FS on various games.

Had a handful of Red wheels since they started and happy to report had a variety of good rewards from them

Yeah, completing all trophies in a game, final trophy usually updates and adds the red wheel after a couple of hours

I have a couple questions about missions/achievements and trophies. First, what do the numbers mean in overall missions to completion? For example in the screenshot below, it says I have 0/7 Mega Wins - which is not true if it is counting Mega Wins in general.



The second question is about trophies. In the photo below, I have “All Trophies” selected but there is no category for Book of Dead. I have tried with in progress and no progress as well. Does Book of Dead not have any trophies?

I rarely get jackpot wheels of any colour so maybe I am playing the wrong games.

Regarding your first question on megawin. It is counting the Mega win trophy specifically, not in general, and as shown in your screenshot you have not completed one yet.

Regarding trophies in Book of Dead. The game does indeed have trophies and should be showing in that section, thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will forward this to our department in charge to have a look at it.

Not a big request, but it would be nice if the site remembered the number of rows you want to display. And maybe a sort by date added instead of/in addition to new games? Sort by date would show slots that are new-ish, but not new enough to still be listed under new games.
