I am not going to speculate on why accounts are getting closed.

But all i can say is that my account is way in profit at VS so if it was just in profit accounts mine would be closed when i look at withdrawals to deposits lol.

If i was to guess i would say the fact that it is several people in one area as someone has 4 friends that accounts just got closed then VS must be looking at something. But like i said i won't speculate so ignore that lol.

my account was closed before i admited that i let my wife play on my account, and i dont know why she cant play on my account since as far as i know you can have only 1 account per house hold, and she wants to spin some slots too and she is a family member not a friend or an unknown person

Well any casino can close your account for any reason, so i cannot see what mga can do about it, they dont havev to supply any reason as neither do you if you want to close your account. Collusion could be a valid reason & youve been caught in it.

That seems ridiculous in all honesty (In this particular case of someone from the same household playing on your account)...it's not even slightly possible that Videoslots or any other casino can come to the conclusion that you have been letting someone else (Family member) use your account. Unless you openly admit it.

My sister has been in the same room as me on a few occasions while I've been playing...I've never used autoplay. I've asked her to spin for me while I go and make tea or quickly use the toilet. Surely that's an account suspension offence @Team.Videoslots?

Ok I changed my mind... now something smells fishy. If you're getting 200 profit a month from low stakes, then I'm inclined to believe that something isn't right here.

I'll not comment further, but if you have a legit claim, do a PAB. If what you say here is true, and you are exploiting something to make that money, then I can understand why you've been banned.

As I don't know the whole story I can't and wont comment further.

I don't know about smart_croatia. I hope they just made a mistake there but we'll see later. The rest have probably done something similar as you, so there is a reason behind I'm sure.

@Chipkin9 The rules say one account per person. Yes I've also played with someone else having fun,not on VS though and not to gain any advantage.

That's a rule on every casino, not just on VS. You cannot let anyone use your account. There is a discussion about this rule on CM because some streamers let their friend spin while they are away for break for toilet etc.-According to the thread streamers got a permission from casinos about letting other people spin on their account, without permission it is breaking T&C.

On this case, the reason why he let his wife use his account is not about he wants to go toilet etc. It is about he wants to run SNG for 48 hours so he can make a profit.
Nobody is allowed to abuse the bonus system by breaking T & C.
