Help Videoslots deactivated my account

    So I have just had my account closed. I have deposited almost on a daily basis for about 4 years. There is no reason given for my account being permanently closed, other than a 'business decision' was made. Actually, it seems clear to me it was because I told the chat that they have reduced RTP of some providers. They don't like that so decided to permanently ban me right after I write that. I find that absolutely pathetic. What an awful casino VideoSlots now is. They don't want their customers informed of being scammed by their low RTP version of slots. I hope they lose many customers.

    Have you read our "Zero tolerance" policy on posting complaints? It looks to me that you feel our forum rules don't apply to your account.
