I use Instadebit and it is by far the best option. The problem is many casinos don't use Instadebit as an option for depositing.

OK Now this is getting annoying, last time I wanted an Ecopayz withdrawal I pm Dan and Daniel contacted the payments team to allow me to cash out via Ecopayz, unfortunately by the time I lost $1700 that I'm supposed to cash out.After 16 hours of waiting and playing an email from VS telling me, I can now withdraw via Ecopayz, that was 2 WEEKS AGO, AFTER ME BEING STUPID TO PLAY MY WINNINGS. TODAY I HIT BIGTIME $6256 on Book of RA $5 bet, so I'm happy then I immediately went to withdraw Thinking I could cash out no problem because they override it. AND TO MY SURPRISE THAT SAME ERROR, POPPED UP AGAIN, I WENT TO SUPPORT, AND AS SOON AS THE GUY SAID THE SAME THINGS I close the chat, and PM DAniel.

IM THINKING DID THEY REALLY MADE AN OVERRIDE IT SEEMS WHEN I WIN BIG, I TRY TO CASHOUT, WAITING FOR DANIELS TO CONTACT PAYMENTS TEAM, THEN WHEN I LOSE, AN EMAIL COMES THAT THEYVE NOW ENABLED ME TO CASHOUT VIA ECOPAYZ METHOD, THEN TODAY I WON REALLY BIG, AND TRY TO CASH OUT, AND FOUND THAT I CANT CASHOUT VIA ECOPAYZ AGAIN. 1. Blaming a casino for your lack of patience to wait a few hours for a withdrawal to be processed is pathetic.
2. Show some respect and wait for an answer to your PM before posting your useless complaint as it is clearly explained in the forum rules, but i suppose you didn't care to read or follow them.
3. Writing in capital letters means you are shouting. Certainly will not help you to get a result faster. And we are not deaf either.

Well you do, posting something like that will give bad press to a reputable and accredited casino like VS.

VS are not obliged to override your withdrawal method, which is normally back to the source.. The regulations say clearly that it should go back to that or via bank transfer. So they have been accommodating your request.

It is Saturday evening and you are expecting that Daniel is at your beck and call. You could have at least waited a day for an answer.

VS has a great self-set RG console where you could have chosen a 24hr TAB to avoid losing the winnings back while waiting for the withdrawal to be processed to your preferred method.

Yet you decided to post a SHOUTING message for everybody to read implying that Videoslots do it on purpose.

I never thought I would be the person complaining on here about Videoslots. I have just wasted 1/2 day trying to withdraw a measly $70. I wanted to do it via bank wire transfer as Ecopayz has ridiculous fees. I needed to re-send all documents, passport, licence. A bank statement was also sent. They have rejected everything. The drivers licence and passport that were fine before were rejected. The bank statement was sent as per their instructions. They are so anal that it is beyond comprehension.

Yes, did the same to me, my bank takes $30 from VS transfers so not cheap. 32red it only $15, just fyi.

Wow. Just received an email 5 minutes after saying that I have been approved. Does Dan work that quickly or did they take another look at it after I bitched? Anyway, happy now.
