So I'm verified on my Ecopayz I have deposited thru Ecopayz once in a while but majority of my deposits come from Paysafecard voucher which I can buy, bank wire is not an option because my bank and most big Canadian banks don't allow wire transfer from gambling online. My only option is Ecopayz but it won't let me.

Yea well what's the point of having an Ecopayz option on video slots, and I was verified.

guts have allowed me voucher payments and Ecopayz widrawal , no problem. As I have tried bank wire before and it came in twice, but the third time RBC froze my account and had to tell them and verify that it wasn't laundering, it was from gambling online which they don't allow. So ever since then I used Ecopayz. But this is my first time withdrawal at videoslots and I explained to the support about my situation and Canadian banks but it seems that they're like robots

It's sad to say but since all the bank wire transfers problems... I stopped gambling online completely... Why bother? Even when you win and do buisness with a legit casino like videoslots... You will have problems with your bank and I don't like being asked questions.

Ya, I used to use Guts back in the day until they stopped using Instadebit. I am not sure about others as Videoslots has everything I need and most of my play is there. Lucky247 uses Instadebit but their reputation has been getting bashed a bit. Plus they make you buy USA dollars instead of Canadian.

ok so this issue was resolved by Daniel thanks, and now I m trying to withdraw via Ecopayz again, and it doesn't work, Daniel told me to contact support if i want to withdraw via Ecopayz in the future again, and now I'm with support, and saying the same thing as the last time like A ROBOT, I have told support that I have to contact them in order for me to withdraw via Ecopayz but the agent, keeps insisting and saying the same old line before

I had the same problem originally, their payments team have to make ecopayz you're main withdrawal option. Dan did it for me. I can deposit however I want now and can always withdraw using ecopayz. He will get it done for you. Funny thing is I do not know why support can't withdraw it for you. I had similar problems at betat kept getting error message and support withdrew my funds for me through ecopayz. But yes I must agree VS customer support are ROBOTS. Luckily we have Dan

Yea the thing is Dan might not be online sometimes. Like right now the agent said the same thing like it wAs a script even if I have explained what Dan told me. But I remembered before during chat someone took over the robotic like agent and proceeded to cash out via Ecopayz and approved it, I forgot the name, but I know he's also a senior member at VS

Oh good for u, but I don't wna go bother to open an account at BMO, when I have the option to withdraw via Ecopayz which has worked for me before, it's just that every time I want to make a Ecopayz withdrawal I have to contact Daniel, and if he's not available the agents at chat, and it's suppose to be that easy but they cant

If you have a large sum in Ecopayz you will find it much more costly to withdraw multiple times (and over days) via bank machine than a wire transfer to a bank. You can also use bank wire to withdraw from Ecopayz.

I am waiting for one from Rizk right now, seems a little slow but up to now have had no issues with RBC.
