Videoslots Accidental Bet -YGG games

PAB open for a guy failing a bet? i did it once to i didnt even care about it i lagughed and thought it was funny cuz it was my own mistake, and if i had won bigt on that mistake i wouldnt have told the casino to get refunded to them

I'm of the opinion that all slots should open at min bet by default. Is there any good reason why they shouldn't?

The loss of a max bet spin to a low roller is a lot more detrimental than a high roller having to spend a couple of seconds increasing the bet.

Onto this scenario however, I can't see that VS has done anything wrong, if anything it would fall on the provider interface side of things. Looks like user error to me and VS even have max bet protection for you to utilise.

In 10 years think I've only ever had one instance where I set the bet wrong (much higher than I wanted) but luckily bonus landed first spin

Could've easily told you that VS don't do refunds, ever. I've also did a max bet there once. I contacted them via CM, but no joy. They don't refund accidental bets. Sucks at the moment, but it is understandable, especially considering most casinos do not have a site feature where you can set your max bet. VS has it, so there's no reason not to set it if you never play at such bets anyways.

It's also not the fault of the casino if a game is poorly designed. And I say poorly but I'm almost certain some of these design choices are intentional. There's no reason to have MAX BET next to spin button, but a lot of providers do it anyways.

Some slots just want you to set it up wrong... I was playing a 9 line book game from Tom Horn Gaming and set the bet at 20c, turned out that was the linebet so I was "happily" spinning at 1.80 and didn't notice until most of my balance was gone

Just recently had the Misfortune of spinning at £40.00 instead of £0.40 on cherry pop after a couple of drinks i was sure I set stake at £0.40 when half my balance dropped in one spin my face just planted itself onto the table never Will I open the game again
