Victor chandler affiliate website downed for days last week.

I requested a payment on Nov 10 and haven't received the payment. They even don't reply my emails. One affiliate manager quit last week. What's going on there?

It's a very low payment. less than 100

VC Affiliates

I have just recieved my monthly payment and have never had a problem.
VC is changing networks and so I know they are all very busy. Maybe that is it?
