I have spent quite a while today, back and forth with the Videoslots team on here about a withdrawal issue. Whilst I'm not fully convinced by all they tell me, I have to admit that their responses were quick and detailed, and they seem very professional. A lot more impressive than their live chat operators, who just seem to churn out the same scripted excuses every time (not their fault, but not helpful)

I am pretty quick to complain about poor service, so it's only fair to recognise good service, so thank you to [email protected]
