I had to send in a fax to remove the CC on my account, only for them to give me the wrong fax number in the email they sent me. Now this is one breach of security what if i had been sending in my ID,as some ID's have your social security number on them. So someone somewhere has my name with partial cc numbers and now knows I gamble online, sorry but this time hearing "i am sorry for the mistake is just not good enough!!!

IMO this is one big screw up on there part!!!!
