A wee question for anyone who has used this casino ?
Any problems with them.

I deposited there way back in April and had an e-mail offering free spins on the new South Park slot and deposit bonus.
I thought i would try them again with a small deposit.Played the wr and ended up winning a few hundred euro.
Anyway all docs were verified but never heard from them regarding the withdrawal.When i went to live chat all they would tell me was contact the cashier via e-mail.It seemed to be the same person on live chat all the time aswell.
Anyway i received an e-mail from the cashier today telling me the following.

I do not use Skrill or neteller but have registered at Skrill but have no experience with them so not sure how it works really.
I am concerened though about the casino.I may be wrong and they are 100 percent but just wanted to hear any players there experiences.

i dont think you have to worry about anything

sometimes things like this can popup ....

once i won a nice amount in redrabbit casino they said they have some issues with eco card my deposited method
and asked me tif its ok to pay to my neteller i wanted it in eco so i waited around a week or so

im not familiar with this casino though

Decided to open a skrill so did so and sent details to the casino and within 20 mins money was there so happy days.

Slow withdrawal to Skrill

Have anyone received money from this casino lately?

Seems like they are still in the middle of the payment platform switch or something as my withdrawals to Skrill has now been pending for the past 2 and half weeks. (As seen on the other topic about month ago: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/don´t-play-with-vegasberry-casino.64922/?t=64922)

I know that there were the holiday season and thats why I have been patiently waiting for the withdrawals to go through. I made my withdrawals on December 23rd and then they requested documents and the documents were verified/accepted on December 29th.

Since then their chat support has told me that I should get my money on the "next day" and on the last Friday that promise was changed to "next week". There has been so many business days and promises since the 29th that I thought that this should be shared to other players as well.

Yesterday I finally got a response from their cashier-department and the "Head of Finance Department" told me that those withdrawals has taken so long "due to certain technical changes in our Skrill integration". Addition to that he also offered me a extra bonus should I cancel my withdrawals (10% for every EUR 1000 I cancel). He expected that the Skrill payments will not be ready sooner than the next week. (but no promise when would my withdrawals be handled)

I will update this post once(/if) the withdrawals can be seen on my Skrill account.

Couldn't edit the post so replying to this.

No progress. No answers from cashier since the last Thursday and now their 24/7 chat has also gone from the site.

I might not play again on this casino.

Update 2: After some discussions on the chat they processed the withdrawals about 5 minutes ago and the money has already transferred to my Skrill.
