Seriously, This Guy
Pfft. “No Correspondance”-more like “No Common Sense” Mate.
Let me list all of the reasons why that phrase is more apt in this situation:
1. You created this post.
2. Your blatant ignorance of the Casino’s t&cs and KYC process.
3. Your lack of acknowledegment formsdisrespect towards those of CMs members kind enough to offer help you even I thouh was clear you when i am sure most of them would o it was clear from the first paragraph you had no interest in attempting anything at all instead demonstrating arrogance and entitlement as if the casino owed u a favour
What's with the personal attacking here
@Casinomeister ?
Fact as stated in my opening post I have no way to provide proof of address in my current situation. That's how it is and there is no amount of help (which I am thankful for and will always appreciate although it may be hard to see that while this was pending due to frustration) or insult is going to change that. I am not going to sit here and explain why more than i have already and that is as far as providing what I can't provide, the end of the matter.
So just now I receive this :
Dear *****,
We are happy to inform you that your withdrawal has been processed by our payments department.
Please allow 1-5 working days for the funds to appear on your account, in order for your bank to complete the process.
For any questions or clarifications, do not hesitate to contact customer support at any time!
Kind regards,
Novibet Support
I still haven't provided proof of address. I also couldn't get any statement pdf or paper, from my bank. What I did do, is take some screen shots of my online banking, showing the transactions I made with novibet, the lack of statements available for the last 5 months (I don't know why) and my details page showing my email address, my phone number and part of my address.
Listen, I am please. I am thankful for the genuine help. But for those of you who chose to ignore facts and thrown judgements or insults, realise why this whole forum exists. To look at the gaming industry, improve it, call them to the table to solve matters. And look, we've found a whole new way of bypassing the proof of address thing, for people like me, whom it is not available to.
Sure, I was frustrated and disappointed but it's £18. Nothing much. However the disappointment was found in the trap that we are all complicit to. These "rules" or "laws" should be present when signing up, not when trying to cash out. As someone else said... what if you don't have an £80 passport or a driving license ? There are millions of people to fall into this potential problem.
Remember, none of us put this hole in the road, but is it really helpful to berate those who are thrown down it ? And please, no one on the face of gods green earth reads or understands 100% of every small print they are given.
Anyway, it looks to be sorted now and I can thank.... well, I dunno, those who tried to help. Those who saw the frustration and didn't throw fuel on the fire. Much appreciated. Btw, I have been here before to CM when a big win I think 1.6k didnt show in my account balance. This place was very good at calming nerves and making me feel it should be ok and it was.
I truly think this ID issue needs putting at the forefront, by the casinos and then no one can fall over.
