Unable to deposit at 3Dice

Anybody know about this? The cashier has a banner stating they are currently working on their banking options and hope to have things resolved soon. Click on paste and pay option and you get "this option is currently not available for your region, please check back later." The thing is I already have the voucher, so I think that's a generic message. I searched the forum looking for answers, because apparently its been down all day, but didn't find any.

There are quite a few in the same boat...
Surprisingly, I have not heard one word regarding this situation from any of the mods. There have been no emails or
chat notifications that I have seen. I am sure I logged in at least 6 hours there yesterday.
The only talk circulating among the chat players has been an occasional shout out to other members for information,
to no avail.

The notice on the deposit screen infers a regional issue directed at US players.

Not sure what the significance of that is is, if any.
Like you stated, the notice is vague and generic but I do have faith that an issue with players depositing
money into this casino is THE top priority. We'll be bellied up to those slots before ya know it!

The thing that concerns me is if it spreads to other casino sites.

I have a voucher sitting in P&P and I am wondering if I should just use it at a

couple sites and not get another one till this is worked out.

I am really surprised, since this is day #2, that at least Enzo has not come

into chat to calm the natives.

With absolutely no information coming out of support,

(I know, they may not know anything either) it leaves many players totally

in the dark.

They have to start losing money soon, I would think anyway.
 
Without p&p they're basically no longer USA facing unless there's some secret deposit method you have to be special to know about.

I lost interest after asking them to explain why Bitcoin isn't even under consideration and have been repeatedly ignored. Ah well.

Not willing to bend over backwards for any online casino to deposit. If they want to live in the dark ages they get to limit their player base to the few willing to jump through tons of hoops.
 
Well I thought the opposite... I was doing so well, I thought I cleaned them out ! I am sure all will be back soon.

I think we ALL thought that on Monday............ now.......... not so much.

I did notice the 3Dice rep has stopped by CM today (yesterday too)

......and did not bother to address this issue.

Since it has been going on 3 days since it started, their lack of comment

speaks volumes to me.

Even if they don't know.......... we deserve some sort of comment.

It really bothers me when folks don't respond in some way to a problem. Even if the answer is not what I want to hear, some answer is better than completely ignoring me. They might as well lie to me because saying nothing carry's the same weight with me.

3 days is too long. 3 dice uninstalled for good. Unacceptable behavior, voting with my feet and send a message to the rest of the casino community.

i dont use this deposit option so perhaps OP should PM him about this thread if not done so already.

Setting up processing and banking for US players is a challenging task, with its entire own set of problems, and unfortunately getting
clear and especially fast answers from processors or banks isn't always easy. We are working hard on this and I hope to have more
info soon to be able to re-enable our US deposit options. I wish I could give a time frame but alas I don't have the information I need
yet to be able to do that.

So for now all I can do is apologize for any caused inconvenience, I hope I'll be able to give more useful info soon.

Well that's definitely a bummer considering it is the only casino I play at. I got so sick of the run around at other casinos...

I don't think we should write them off as so many seemed to be willing to do so fast... I know it was a few days before they answered and 4 days is a long period that they can't take deposits from USA and Canadian players but what they offer in terms of support and fast payouts is because they are so diligent about doing everything in a way that doesn't hurt the players. So many casinos still take deposits and then when you try to withdraw you get either a bounced check or excuses that processing is having their issues or whatever excuse is that day. Sure, it sucks not to be able to play because we can't deposit, but I'd rather have them shut down depositing rather than hear from them that they can't find ways to pay us or there is no one that can send the money or whatnot.

So basically, they are doing it for the right reasons (I assume and hope!) so we ought to give them a little time to work on it before closing our accounts so abruptly that's all.

Its been over four days now, I even got the scheduled 100% bonus match for bronze members, funny, I cant deposit. . . I wonder how this affects the rating system. Will I lose my status?

I know that not all that long ago I was told that they were looking at changing their Visa processor to one that could pay back to the card again.

Perhaps it is their processor that is not available.

I recall a couple of years back there was a lengthy delay in obtaining new deposit methods for US players, players were permitted to retain their loyalty at that time.
