Unable to deposit at 3Dice

I know that not all that long ago I was told that they were looking at changing their Visa processor to one that could pay back to the card again.

Perhaps it is their processor that is not available.

I recall a couple of years back there was a lengthy delay in obtaining new deposit methods for US players, players were permitted to retain their loyalty at that time.

Some players aren't obtaining their loyalty level. I was hoping this little "bump" in the road would have been fixed by now, but it isn't. Oh well!!! Life goes on and we move on. ;)
 
Its been over four days now, I even got the scheduled 100% bonus match for bronze members, funny, I cant deposit. . . I wonder how this affects the rating system. Will I lose my status?

I guess it is better to be bronze, because even though I haven't deposited much lately, and now you cant I am at Silver with 3 stars and I only got a 50% match on a whole whopping 25 dollars....

Not really sure what is going on with deposits, but from what I am reading, this seems like the only place USA can't deposit. I have used both methods at other sites the past 2 days. It will be interesting to see what happens here. I hope they are getting new processors and nothing else.

Same thing i got, 50% silver :eek2:. I saw bronze gets 100%.
 
As of last night, they still weren't accepting deposits :-( Not sure if anything changed today yet... I'm hoping though!
 
I spoke with Anna (floor manager) in support last night.

It is only US players that they are having problems accepting deposits from.

There was a big red notice in my cashier, and a commenter here mentioned US and Canada. So I assumed it applied to me also.

It did not. I think 3Dice will change that so it is a little clearer to their non-US players that their methods are still working.

Hope they fix things for my cousins south of the border soon. It's a great place to play. There have been periods in the past when US players couldn't deposit, and sooner or later they found a solution.

That is super good to hear, Jasminebed, but I'd like to hear it from the horse's mouth. I am, without question, one of the most vocal supporters of 3Dice. I absolutely love the gaming experience there.
I am having trouble, though, understanding why there isn't more communication. I want an update. Daily! We players have been providing our support and proving our loyalty. It is difficult to keep battling for a tourney win. It is a struggle to find a broker. Because I don't want an infraction, I can't tell you on here what it's like making 3 cent bets in an effort to stay afloat. We players are doing our absolute best
to cope. Having said all that, let me say this:

I DON'T CARE what the issue is! I want to know that 3Dice is not faltering. Touching base on the daily doesn't seem all that much to ask for. A much needed show of respect for the players.

Because right now? It's beginning to feel like 1987 and Chris L. all over again. A charming young man that talked me into droppin pockets and then never called me again.

I am sure 3Dice misses your deposits as much as not more as you do. I do believe they are working hard on a solution.

I was told long ago that the majority of their players are not US facing. Many of those players are not chatters, as English may not be their first language, or they just want to play.

So I do not believe 3Dice is about to disappear, and I hope it continues to allow my US friends.

No way are there more players from the rest of the world than in the USA!!

The zeit graph and the "recent big and biggest hits" all but SAYS that. The "graph" over the last 2 days,

prior to loyalty being credited, had almost all the games at the exact same setting. Which can only mean

one thing, NO ONE was playing. Do the math. If no one is playing and USA players can't deposit, then

the BULK of 3Dices' players ARE from USA.

A person can look at that page of the casino web site and tell next to no one is playing.

The "recent big hits" list usually is full of only one days hits........ yesterday, it had 3 days worth of hits to fill the ten positions.

As a matter of respect, yes. And again, while I appreciate your input , the ideal situation would be direct input from 3Dice. To say that the majority of players at 3Dice are not US players as a possible explanation for their lack of input doesn't seem plausible to me. Hahahahahaha. (You know, @Jasminebed? I'd probably settle for a comforting pat on the head. Lol! Again, thank you for your input. Maybe you'll pay us another visit soon? Chat hunt is tomorrow!)

IMO I sometimes think it is very hard for non USA players to understand what it feels like to live in the USA and finally find a nice place to play just to encounter this current problem. I myself do not deposit the amount of money at RTG or any other casino for that matter that i deposit at 3 dice. I am not willing to deal with the head ache :eek2:.
 
I wouldn't worry unless you see CM pull them from the accredited list. However I do feel there should be some kind of warning and or info about the lack of processor for the last 2 weeks. I know this is a hiccup that happens there every few years however this one is the longest its ever been. I also do not like the lack of Enzo on 3 Dice, every other time he was in chat daily talking to us or doing something to make people feel better. He has been pretty much AWOL. I think CM should take note of the situation just to be safe.

I myself do not deposit anywhere but 3Dice. Not only am I not willing to deal with a head ache but I am not willing to jump through hoops, read a novel of terms and conditions, or worry about a typo in my phone number at sign up. But this is for another post all together.

My gut is telling me that U.S.A is on the way out at 3Dice. Why? Seems to be a cloud of secrecy behind this latest snag. Never was like this in the past. Something is very different. Lack of information from the staff. I asked the staff the million dollar question. Why is that pastys vouchers can be used at other casinos for U.S.A and not for 3Dice. What specifically is going on that you are working on? What happened? Talk about a major skirting of the issue. The only answer I get or anyone else is we are working on it. Could you be anymore vague?
 
Not that I am much privy to the situation at 3Dice specifically.

Yet I have read elsewhere that apparently Mastercard was pulled recently from PP. That could have caused a disruption in flow of funds, as they may have had to scramble to find a new processor to take payments.

I'm not sure if the processor was seized, or just simple went down to go under the radar. As I know descriptors do from time to time. To take the heat off of too many purchases going to one purchase name.

On either note because of the lack of a Mastercard option, that could have caused 3Dice to jump ship. As they felt the processor may have become unsecure and are just trying not to get too much money "caught" up in said processor anymore. Which the last time 3Dice closed a processor option, if I remember right. It was that not more than a few months later quite a few other RTG casinos had to dump the similar processor. Mainly because it was found they processor did indeed get seized by the government.

I really think 3Dice just does this to protect it's funds and wants to make sure the option that there using isn't going to stiff them in the end. I don't blame them at all. Look at what happened to Lock Casino and Rushmore. They both had all of there chickens in one basket and things didn't end very well for them. Did it?
 
I'm still waiting for 3Dice to tell me why Bitcoin isn't even on the table for consideration. Apparently they would prefer zero USA business than the business they could have the moment they integrate Bitcoin processing. There are myriad off the shelf solutions proven to work great at many other online casinos. The refusal to acknowledge such is what makes me wonder if this is more a fear of the USA govt.'s wrath than it is about payment processing.

I noticed that this thread has gone dry. but I'm still not able to deposit. Is everyone else to busy playing at 3Dice now? I was also told by 3Dice that paste and pay is no longer an option for anyone and am wondering if the players that are able to deposit are using a new option that I cannot see yet. Thanks.

Hi,

Did 3Dice have any suggestions for you? I have no idea what to tell you.

Perhaps ask them again and see if they have any other ideas.
