I'm making this post with the intention of bringing to as many people's attention as possible this website. I recently played here, won a little off a $20 deposit, requested a withdrawal of $200, and it was put back into my casino account within a few hours without paying out.
Since it was a small amount to me and I was really withdrawing as a test to see if they actually paid out, I decided to play out the $200. I have recently had some very nice wins on other sites as well, so this $200 did not matter to me much.
After playing it down, I wanted to be done with the place. My test had told me what I wanted to know, they do not pay out or if they do its going to be a hassle. Why would I play here when there are so many better options. So I contacted support and asked for my account to be closed.
They then tell me they do not have the option to close my account. Shocked, I said something to the effect of what do you mean you do not have that option?
What went on after that was another 15 minutes of back and forth, me trying to close the account and be done with the place, and them trying to explain that they were not scammers, solely in the business of trying to hook gambling addicts to their site, knowing that even if they win they can just put any withdrawal request right back into the players casino account to be played more. At one point in the attached file I will show, they actually encouraged me to come play more in response to me asking how I could permanently close the account!
Eventually, I told them I was going to make an effort to share my experience with as many people as possible. When checking their help files, all games were at very low RTP(Hacksaw at 92%) some providers lower than 90%.
So they offer nearly the worst possible or the actual worst possible RTP, and do not have ANY responsible gaming or self-exclusion options. And if you request a payout, they just put it back into your casino account saying sorry, we couldn't pay it out to your very legitimate account. What a fun place to play!
