Conquestador does everything to not pay 6000 euro!

I am sharing my horrible experience with Conquestador


I created an account with Conquestador on 17 September. I deposited with much better. I won 1500 euro. Trying to cash out my winnings was almost impossible. Chat was unhelpful did only provided me with wrong advice. I was so tired and frustrated from it I felt like gambling my whole balance away. I won up to 10.000 euros!! I kept playing until my balance fell to 6000. This money was too big for me to gamble away.

I thought this would be worth the trouble to cash out again. I felt again in a battle with the Conquestador support. My advice to withdraw :

1. Make a neteller account and you can withdraw.
2. Make a skrill account and you can withdraw.
3. Make a Ecopay account and you can withdraw.

Example quote " I am going to ask you to open up an EcoPayz account linked to the same email address as you have used to open your casino account with us, please."

IMPOSSIBLE I said, the support persuaded me to do it and all with failures as my country doesn't allow gambling transactions. Next phase

4. Provide a bank statement we pay out by bank!
5. Jeton wallet
6. Make a crypto wallet (VEGA WALLET) and withdraw
7. Make a visa card deposit and withdraw to visa

Example quote " this is not available as an option for your location *** as per the payment systems. You would need to chose one of the available options in your cashier tab

Eventually I got a visa card that worked at their site as 2 other visa cards didn't work. FINALLY it worked. I provided all the documentation and thought I would be paid at this stage I provided.

6. Selfie of me holding my ID and visa card

I was informed by email " We're sorry to inform you that your withdrawal has been rejected because not enough funds have been wagered prior to submitting your withdrawal request.

We must insist that you wager your deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. "

For the 10 euro I deposited I kept on playing. I lost 500 euro in the process as I kept gambling ( this is what they wanted) Fine finally I will get paid after I make my withdrawal the following request came.

" A secondary ID document: We understand that you have previously provided us with a copy of your passport. However, we were unable to verify your account using this document. Please provide us with a second ID document such as a driver’s license or national ID card. Please ensure that the document is valid, and the photo is clear and visible. "

I have only 1 Passport not from the nationality from the country where I am playing in. Borned and raised here I lost my appetite for online gambling. I asked them to make a notarized ID copy if they have a problem with my identification. Answer:

" I have provided you with a link to where you can apply for a Norwegian National ID card. There is also information on the same website to request a passport if that is the ID you choose to purchase. "


They request me now to get a driver 's license or change my nationality to the country I am living in with a link to the government website. I am absolutely stunned with this post I want to warn people for playing on this website

I had to submit the usual KYC documents when Conquestador was still operating here and I won €1000 or so. But it went pretty smoothly. Their livechat helped me a lot with that!

They have a license from MGA, so you should be good.
