That is the highest rating of any casino. 97% is an A+ -- something that should be very hard to achieve and is exceptional in nature. Unfortunately, I doubt the veracity of this particular A+.

Fine, so be it, but banging on about it with little more than dark innuendos and thinly veiled insults isn't constructive and verges on being a "personal agenda". Perhaps it's time you take responsibility for those ratings. I would have saved a lot of money by joining another casino - - which I did after I realized how poor Twin is; you offer a top casino, but, apparently, can't back it?

Just reduce their ranking. Both Risk and N1 are highly superior casinos - - cash out speed, bonuses and free spins. What else do you need to know?

Ok - if you had bothered to read how a casino gets its CM ratings you would understand it's a mathematical formula. I'm not going to repeat it ad nauseam -read the freaking page.
Also there are two ratings - one from our math (9.7) the other from our members (8.3). The members rating is based on opinions. You would have known this if you would have read the review page.
So quit banging on about being hoodwinked. If you would actually spend a couple of minutes and read the reviews, you wouldn't behaving any issues.

However I find it questionable to go on a repeated rant because you are upset over the amount of bonuses you received. Your also posting on a public forum, so if you do not want others opinions then maybe complain to people in PM instead?
So, first of all, you use those ratings as a marketing tool. The first thing you see is Twin rated as 9.7 on your website.
Second, you use the term "math" in a very strange way. Mathematics is, in a lay persons sense, of which you likely are, closely aligned to reality - - indeed, it is reality. That is, I have some understanding of mathematics. I happen to live a person with a PhD in mathematics and computing science from Berkley. My own interest is the philosophy of mathematics.
It seems a moment has come whereby your "math" needs examining. Especially because you use it for marketing casinos such as Twin. Yet, the reality of Twin and the "math" of Twin don't seem to match.
The "banging on about" will continue after some mathematical analysis of your process.

This is what the CM ratings are based on. There is a formula that tabulates this automatically. Yeah math. And as I have also explained, the opinionated ratings (User Ratings) are from your peers - the Meister Minions. So go bitch at them if you don't like the score of 8.3.

Check their actual withdraw speed or their ridicilous bad promos with wagering conditions far away from anything good.

Well, I guess I expect too much from loads of visitors who don't bother to read how the CM rating figure is calculated, even though it is explained or linked throughout the site ad naseum. I guess that's my problem leading the horses to water. Promos are not rated since they are too subjective (and not obligatory for that matter), but the Meister Minions - who are your peers - are free to rate the casino strictly by their opinion - to include promos, SUBs, whatever they care about.
What gets me are members who have been here for awhile who complain about the rating system but yet don't do anything about it. @andym - you have been here long enough to know everything there is to know about the Meister Minions, yet you haven't joined them. Once you do that, you can rate the casinos and have your comments appear in the review. If this is so important for you, why haven't you done this?

Well if you are looking for loyalty bonuses or free spins, probably have better options. If you think games run at lower rtp than mentionned, just stop playing there instead of trying to make it even. They are not perfect like every other places. They will offer you considerable deposit bonuses for only 10$ deposits sometimes near 100% of the value your transaction. This is pretty uncommon and generous. You will also get paid. If you cash out a big ammount, guess what? Yeah you are probably going to get paid a little slower than usual. It’s like that. Maybe you should realize you have the option to choose who you give your money.

Just dropping my opinion, but I am really not a fan of Twin.
I find their customer service extremely slow (not very helpful), and their verification even worse.
I added a new creditcard, and I would have expected it to be cleared fairly quickly, but the department is closed on the weekend (which ok, I get it, but in this day and age..?)
But to make matters worse, I have also been using Muchbetter quite frequently.. made 4-5 withdrawals and a few deposits... then now all of a sudden they are asking for proof of Muchbetter... but they are asking for proof that I have never had a casino ask.. first they asked for my phone bill (I couldn't provide because I don't pay for my phone), and now they are asking me to contact Muchbetter and get a letter from them showing my account info etc.... I've NEVER experienced this at all.. I've had a large withdrawal that I was waiting for..
Anyone experience this?

Guess you spoiled us at one point, my experiences are getting worse also, use to be very fast approvals for withdrawals and email responses.
Even today as example going on over 17hrs to approve a withdrawal and still waiting, and over 8 hrs for an email response on issues and still waiting. Fine I guess, but it use to be way better.
Gets frustrating when you use to be quick then it goes to this...just waiting.
Keep in mind we still have to wait for your payment clients to send the payment once approved so ends up being 48 hrs + on good days now., not terrible...just not how it use to be.

No, what is a load of BS behavior is a member who has the option of becoming a Meister Minion, which would give you the opportunity to add your comments and fair ratings to the casino reviews - like here: Novibet - User Comments
You have that option, but you are choosing to complain about it here. Having your ratings noted and your comments posted in the reviews could bring on results. And this is the purpose of a complaint, to help change things for the better.
And actually this pertains to all Full Members and above - you have that option. So I am not picking on you personally @andym - sorry if it seems that way.

Just a please...implement withdrawal complete email notification, processed etc. Use to get a gigadat acknowledgment.but now it stopped...and also again I have no access to last played, now even the right menu under last played has nothing...your changes are not productive lol. Your Boni have that ridiculous high wagering that it makes no difference if a player use a bonus at twin or simply spin the slots with playmoney. Just eyecandy
Your slot selection is also not in the top line anymore.
Vip offers or vip promos didn’t exist at all till mid of last year (that’s when I stopped playing at twin)
and your withdraw speed is also not comparable with the industry anymore. Way too slow...

Anyone on this forum can simply open up the game and find the Game RTP, which is set by the provider and thus factual RTP setting on the game.

I dunno dude, i have been online gambling for a long time since probably day one or two, doesnt matter.?..I have closed my accounts to others and focused on twin cause they are my favourite..now.. their game variety is amazing for canadians.
I have said there was a few hicupps but Im a picky guy and yet they come through everytime.
RTP wise I agree it seems odd at times but it always balances out..like every other casino.
Since I switched to them exclusively my deposits and withdrawals are in check. Thats all I have to say, not that you care, just stating my experiences and like I said or maybe not but I will be the first to complain if I see an issue. They have improved in my experiences with them.
Except the damn last played fiasco haha. But kasper will make it right.
Btw my game experience is suffice and rarely take the bonuses so I don't have any experience with that, cause I don't deposit for bonus reasons.
So..@casinomeister i suggest a 9.8 out 10. If I was a minion person.
