Mate you’re not alone with that. I had the same feeling in the last periods at twin. That’s why I stopped playing there. Although we all can’t proof that something is definitely not as it should be.

Why not to ask them your whole gameplay history and pick these parts where you state that something is wrong? That would be bit more than just feeling what you now use to say that accredited casino rep is lying us and cheat with lower RTP (which i think is quite strong statement and would be nice to be based something else than feeling which usually is just feeling when looking these real numbers).

I'm sure rep is happy to provide it to you that you can show some parts which you have come the conclusion that they are cheating and all readers could see the same instead of these endless "i know how slots works and this don't feel right" statements. I think this forum include people who have been analyzing qutie many game histories so for sure some obvious cheating would come out.

I'm pretty sure their accreditation would also be more than questioned if you just show to CM that they do what you state them doing. Like wrote above, it would be minimum standard as good manners to claim some complaint or show something fact related when you call somebody lier, especially casino who is accredited here which means they should be at least 100% fair and trusted.

Calling them liers without any interest to even try to prove it is just not cool. If calling somebody lier/cheater/fake or what so ever, some piece of evidence would add more value to any of these calls. And when especially call here accredited casino to be cheating, hopefully these complaints are done already.

Few casinos bother to have active reps here anymore, these casinos have agreed to help and sort problems via PAB or other routes and be honest so attacking against any of these ones without having but only feeling is just not really polite thing to do (usually calling anyone cheater without reason and proofs is not really adult behavior, even you happened to lost your money to slots).

I'm sure you are entitled to your gameplay history if you ask it from casino? It just not really cool to start to blame accredited casino rep lying when replying to you.

Every casino get contacts from players every day who believe that they are cheated, one of most common player contacts and then they surprisely are always based to "feelings as experienced players" and when looking actual gameplay, player is not able to point out where and how that happened.

So just calling somebody cheater in public forum is really not cool, especially here where this casino is accredited and reps are here to be trusted. You should bring these accusations to @Casinomeister to know that he is giving accreditations to cheating casino operators. PAB service on this site is also available, i'm sure that @maxd will happily work with your PAB as you have really severe accusations against casino so CM staff for sure want to be aware if accredited operator is doing what you state here.

Been getting game history from every casino where ever been asking, most of them have separate column where you can see if bonus money been included in round, don't know which format Twin can provide your game history to you but asking from them is usually easiest way to get further. Most casinos you can see your every game round in your account history as well but probably not in great format.

Have you ever had any problems with casino not providing you your played game rounds? Never heard any casino refuse to do that, for many it just seem to be hard to request it and show accusations about rigged game to be true.
