@hhhelllo @simon1316 and everyone else using MuchBetter as a method.
I have been following the thread and based on your feedback I had words with our Head of Payments this morning.
We have decided that moving forward, unless specifically specified and requested due to other concerns, a screenshot is okay to submit as KYC for the use of MuchBetter.
If you have pending documents request in regards to MuchBetter, I will advise you once more to just submit the screenshot as proof, and all should be ok in most cases.
