I've noticed two strategies that are used with blackjack. One, you can bet conservative for a few bets straight. Lets assume you lose 3 bets for $5 each. Next you can raise your bets to $20 or so... Thats one scenario.
The other strategy seems to be to try to lose as many hands as you can ($1 or so each losing hand) then bet BIG on the following hands. I noticed ciphers bets which he times wonderfully. He waits out the losing hands (which I certainly have no experience in timing like him) then after he see's an opportunity for a winning ride, he jumps on with large bets (much like someone would jump onto a climbing stock).
timing is everything, bet size is important too, but if you cant time your bets your out of luck. I used that first strategy once. (betting $2, then $4, then $8, then $16, then $32, then $64... until i won ..). I bulilt 500 dollars to $7000 this way, but i find it waaay too boring and time consuming. When I play blackjack i want to have fun too.
now i mostly use the second strategy. not nearly as good as cipher, but I try to time my large bets after I lose a lot of small bets.
Im not sure which the hood system pertains to though, but im guessing its one of these styles. correct me if im wrong.
