I used my hotmail address because they said

address. I send them once again to casino now
using my @auth.gr address now again. Can't you
confirm that they received the documents?????
If you can confirm this then the payout is relatively

Okay. I thought you had me copied on. No problem. I'll ask them if they have received them. Odd that they can't receive email from your .gr address.
 
It 's really odd Bryan but i do not want to fully comment on this. I just want to get paid...


They can receive my emails... They answered my first two emails... I still have in file their email stating that I met the wagering requirements and can withdraw my money... After that communication lost...
 
They just told me that they received the documents and are processing everything. You should be getting paid soon.
 
That is more than 30 days!!!

I hope I ll receive my money soon....

They send me an email at my hotmail address
stating that they received the verification
documents but they still want the fax back form...
Can you send them the fax back form i sent you
again and tell them to finally manage to communicate
with each other in their offices in order me to receive
my payment....

This thing has become really annoying right now....

There is definitely a communication problem here. Players should ensure that they use only ONE email address per casino. If there are ANY filters being used - double check these on a regular basis. You'd be surprised on what you'll find in the trash.

The same thing goes for casino support. Be vigilant on monitoring emails.
 
umberto how long did it take for you to get paid, i cashed out a week and a half ago and havent heard anything. Even after I sent in the verification documents
 
It was ONLY 40 days gmblpdam.....
Bryan, as I previously told you I do not think it was a communication
problem... Winning 825$ by depositing only 25$ deserves a month's
trial for withdrawal reversal...

I ve been paid and not going back in again so play at your own risk
there.
