ok I can see I have 22 x in batman dark knight rises... but I've done that before and it hasn't made a difference

as said I had 5 credits which I cleared via alley cats... zero...

not ever played awp games...

and even so... I spent quite a few hundred dollars playing many games and went up and down and back again. That still doesn't explain my original question?

Although your issue is important, please note that I, unfortunately, only monitor the forum during weekdays. I think it is pretty much standard with all casinos who have a dedicated rep on here.

I will attend to this as soon as possible.

Well, I wouldn't say that's quite true. I see several reps in on weekdays, weekends, well, daily. Not that there's any problem with taking the 2 days off, but I wouldn't say that's the standard. After all, players deposit weekends and have issues on weekends like any other day.
 
What am I missing? :confused: The OP said that this was at Sun Vegas which is Vegas Partner Lounge, so what's it got to do with the Fortune Lounge rep anyhow?

VWM mentioned on the first page that Sun Vegas is VPL, but then Max sent a message to Wim at FL for the OP. I'm soooo confused! Anyhow I reported the first post so maybe one of the mods will change the title so we can start ragging on the right rep! :p
 
Thanks for that vinyl... btw... I asked Grace the casino manager if this was a platinum casino... yes Grace said... Fortune I said... and she replied yes. She didn't correct me and say it was a Vegas Partner Lounge casino. But silly me didn't save the damned chat!!! So it's my word...

It may be a good idea to ditch this chat as I don't want to sully fortune lounge!

I made a mistake... Yeh well it's been a long day ok!! It was vegas palms... not sun vegas... they all sound the same to me!

And before anyone has a go at me... I'm trying to figure out what to do with my sister who is being a cow to my mum... and causing havoc. So my mind isn't quite on the job!!

I agree! Sun Vegas aren't involved in this. :) But at least we have the right rep dealing with the issue.

Err, no, I just fixed his user name thingy. No emails sent.

Max I did try to send email to the fortune rep. And have had a reply.

I DO apologise to everyone if I have confused people.... especially the regulars! Not my intention. Yes it has been quite a few bad days here (weeks actually). But from now I will make doubly sure I get any casino with 'Vegas' in the tile clear and concise as to the owners

When you are having carp in your home life... then something happens when you just want to chill and something else goes wrong you tend to not have much patience.

Matey you wouldn't believe how fish have come into the equation ... carp is right lolol... leaky pond and rescuing fish from said... then thinking I fixed... and leaked again... and yet again today. I'm surprised my fish still speak to me .... lololol

My fish are just as important to me as my dogs... I know them all.

Anyways... sort of.... Wim told me that there was an error that had to be sorted with mg .... and that support agents had told me the wrong thing. He wrote back and said that he would credit back my game play for TR secret of the sword and acknowledged I had never played it.

Yet I got an email today from him telling me he had reverted the 53.80 back in cash... and added a $40 bonus for my trouble.

I wrote to him telling him I just want him to honour what he said... credit back everything I'd played in TR2.

I calculated I spent $168 in bets... and won 94.60. So I would like the difference... amounts to $73.40.

A matter of a few dollars... for me a principle!
 
I have had the bonus removed but nada re my request. So now I have the $53.80 cash balance that was bonus taken from the original deposit of $170 now back in my account... without the $40 token bonus (for my trouble) that I asked to be removed.

He admitted in the mail I was given the wrong information regarding my game play by the chat reps (this token issue) and also acknowledged I'd never played TR Secret of the Sword.

But as yet no reply to my asking him to honour what he told me in the mail... that he would refund everything I'd played on TRII (less of course what I won). In total I spent $168 and won $95.60... a difference of $72.40.

Though I understand it will take time for him to hear a response from mc, I didn't even get a mail from him confirming that he had removed the bonus.
