I just finally completed a huge wagering requirement at Tivoli over £1,200 in wagering from £30 ish starting cash (derived from free rounds).
When I had completed about £800 odd of it I asked customer services what the max cashout is they said £36?! This is odd enough as it is.
Customer services were great though they tried to explain all to me I cannot fault them one bit it's this term I really dislike.
I then proceeded to ask more questions "What is the max cashout from free rounds if you have deposited @ Tivoli before" "Still £36 sir" Now here is where I am very confused so I deposited £15 turned it over once and contacted live chat "ok have completed wagering and the mandatory 1x wagering on my deposit but my balance says 123? "live chat then said "yes 123 available for withdrawal sir" "But max was meant to be £36 + my £15 deposit" "Yes sir but you can submit for £123 and payments will consider higher payout" "Ok so can I cashout 51 or 123?" "123 sir but is up to payments team"
This is in no way live chat or Customer services fault they really were commendable, but it's almost like favouritism is being committed here. Paying one player more than another or even mentioning it seems so unethical particularly if player A has 4,000 wagering for £36(as an example) and player B has say £800 to complete and they get £100 or more that would be pretty bad.
Hopefully payments team will see I'm honest and mentioned everything to customer services and deserve the full £123 (fingers crossed) but it still somehow seems wrong to me. If I didn't need cash I'd just take my £51...
