Tired of being jerked around...

Hi All,

I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations for a good casino that both pays relatively quickly AND honors their own terms & conditions regarding when withdrawals are actually paid. I don't mind if it's 3 days or even 7 days to pay, as long as it's clearly stated upfront AND then they actually do it.

I'm in the process of getting totally jerked around by what I thought was one of the better casinos. Am still trying to resolve it privately and will give it one more day as I have gotten a PM response from the Casino operator here, but it seems even his commitments aren't honored by his own casino. If that fails, I'll formally PAB and then post the whole sorry mess here. All I'm trying to do is withdraw my winnings after a decently lucky night. There was no bonus involved at all, so this really should be a no-brainer.

In the meantime, I'm getting itchy to play again and was hoping someone could recommend a good place to go. I like MG-based casinos, but am open to others if they're good. Usually play slots and some blackjack.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Riff,
I know the feeling of being jerked around. I found a good Playtech casino on CM"s list of recommended casinos called Diamond Deal. I've won there a bit and they are incredibly fast when they payout. I won on Sun. night and the next day it was processed to my Instadebit account. I e-mailed them and told them how refreshing it was to get that knid of withdrawl so quickly. So...you might want to give them a shot if you want a change from MG software.
Good Luck,
Yameater

RTG - Bodog,VIPCasino
Microgaming - Intertops
Crypto - Littlewoods

I've found that if you stick with casinos tied to large, reputable sportsbooks ... you can't go wrong.

Yeah but - Intertops was removed from Casinomeister last week for a continuing CS prob.

I'll give you some of my suggestions:

MG: Trident group (assuming you already have 32Red)
RTG: Inetbet
Playtech: Bet365
Boss Media: Queens Club (belonging to Canbet)

Add Harrods and Lasseters. Bet365 have a nice sign-up bonus, BJ and Switch allowed, but I think it ends soon... or already ended.

I didn't check if Bet365, Queens Club and Lasseters were part of Casinomeister recommended list but I feel comfortable making that suggestion.

My one cent's worth....

Microgaming - 32Red, Roxy Palace
RTG - Inetbet, Sci Fi Casino, Breakaway Casino

Also, as the above poster mentioned...Lasseter's is a great casino with different software if you like slots.

As for Playtech, I wouldn't touch them.

As for SciFi and Breakaway, they maybe good casinos and have been recommended by some people here, but what backup do you have if things go sour? No eCogra, no Casinomeister, RTG not so much interested.

After an episode such as yours, you probably want some extra security. That's why I recommend Casinomeister approved casinos. If you choose one that's both Casinomeister AND eCogra approved, you can't go wrong.
That way you've got something to fall back on if you encounter problems.

My personal favorite (although not an eCogra casino) is 32Red. There's never been any complaint about 32Red as far as I know. They also pay out fast, and honor their own T&C's (which by the way are the shortest most legible of any Casino I've seen - just one page or so, pretty obvious stuff), and are just generally very friendly.

Hope you get your money ASAP. Which casino is this?

Cheers,
SM

Thanks SM and to everyone else who replied.

BTW - The casino in question is both eCogra and Casinomeister approved, that's one of the reasons I felt safe playing there. It's also one of the the "big ones" that's been around for quite a while.

I'm not trying to play games by not posting the name or details yet, but unlike them, I do honor my commitments and will give them until this afternoon before I PAB and then share the details with everyone.

Bryan - I copied you on my PM to the Casino Operator a few days ago. Not sure if you saw it, but that's essentially what's going to be in my PAB. He responded saying "sorry, this shouldn't have happened, and I've been told you'll definitely (finally) be paid on Jan 17th". Yeah right - maybe their calendar is broken. Looks like it's now Jan 18th to me...

Thanks again all and I'll keep everyone posted as to progress or continued lack thereof...

Well, good for you - you'll get your money eventually! That's exactly what I meant - something can always go wrong, even with the best ones, they are after all just casinos, not banks! And then, when something does go wrong, it's a good feeling to know there's Bryan and/or eCogra, and backing you up, so you won't have a disaster in your hands, just an inconvenience.

You'll get your money, then you'll spend it in another casino ;) At least they've made sure they will never see it again

Sounds like someone's been incompetent and might end up doing some push-ups:D

(Assuming, of course, that Riffrafter is on the level here)

Hi

My first post here, just found this place the other day! I'm quite new to online casinos but am addicted already lol!

Anyway I like MGs too and can make a couple of recommendations. One has alreay been mentioned a few times, 32Red. I cashed out there at the weekend and the money was back in my account after 24 hours.

But even better was Music Hall casino - they have an Instant Payments system. The money was in my Neteller account within 1 minute of my cashout! This is how it really should be in the industry I think, they're the example other casinos should follow.

Hope that helps!

1 minute!? Wow...that's service.

Do you have a link for Music Hall? 32Red also looks good, I've visitied their site.

Thanks!

May I recommend that you use the Music Hall casino link found in here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

That way Casinomeister gets credit for referrals, and he deserves it, because he'll be the one who's going to help you if you should encounter any problems with the casino (I'm sure Music Hall is OK). He also provides us all this whole service of forums, news, and dispute mediation, and he keeps the casinos in check.

Don't forget 32Red! They're the best

Cheers,
SM
