Yes, the bonus is misleading, and that is an awkward way of listing games. I believe some games were added later, perhaps due to some winning players choosing those games. These include the ones that are out of alphabetical order -- Let It Ride; Highway Kings, Tens Or Better, Tens Or Better double; Red Dog.

War does not seem to be listed, so it probably will be added in the future. Assuming War is allowed and wagering is 16xB, it's not that bad of a bonus. But I also would be hesitant to play there.

Really?

Excluding SLOTS for a non-cashable bonus, seems they have no idea what "bonus abuse" is about, and simply add games as excluded once a player wins big with a bonus. Banning ANY slots is silly, because of the high variance there will always be a couple of lucky players that hit big. Since they have listed individual games, they are going to get caught out when they are found to have missed one. It makes no sense to ban two of the slots, yet fail to ban war, where the standard big bet is possible with a near 50/50 outcome.
Taking the bonus under those conditions is not worth it, so they had better be offering something outstanding in the way of events and service for the non-bonus player.

That's right, but the easiest way is, when they are only write the games on it, which are allowed to play, but this casino is not really reputable ;)

that gargantuan list of games is arranged as it is so they can randomly add more games to it. the list makes your eyes bleed and so of course you may not have noticed it is (and always was, they'll tell you) in the excluded list. not saying they have done or will use this tactic, but it seems the only reason to list each game variant individually (and alphabetically rather than categorically) like they have. am i the only one who is unfamiliar with tila tequila? i am going to go google/wiki her right now :p

Normally, it has been considered safe to play slots with any T & C from a bonus, but this means that even this might fail should you fancy a little road trip on your travels through the slots.
It may be a new member, but these T & C, with slots excluded, are going to put players off - how on earth can you abuse a phantom bonus playing Highway Kings, but not Silver Bullet:confused:

If anyone tried to install the Tila Casino, they might have noticed that the "casino setup" was in fact installing the poker ! (installers for both the casino and poker had the same checksum ; probably a mistake in the links or sth..)

I used their 24/7 live support to report and describe the issue (immediate response) ; this now appears to be fixed.

So say 1,000 ordinary people, sign-up to this place, get their bonuses etc...how many are going to actually get to the withdrawal stage & have met the t&c's by playing solely the one or two allowed games? 800-900 aren't going to have a clue what the games allowed are (what's the betting you'll ever see it explained in the bonus page properly), 120 of the remainder will have busted out by then, 50 will still be playing as are from the wrong country, and must wager double, triple, octuple even....so I'd say maybe one or two in a thousand might actually survive past t&c no.2?

If a player withdraws before having reached the minimum wagering requirements as specified in the bonus, the player’s bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

My point is - why would any of you even consider putting money into this place, when so many other casino's out there that run, no B.S., promos which don't threaten to forfeit your funds, apart from in the case of serious abuse?

You can't simply say here 'oh well, don't play with the bonus' - as that isn't the issue at all - its about ridiculous bonus offers to entice you in & then put up ridiculous hurdles to ever getting any of your cash back.

"If the player doubles and the dealer's first card is of value 11 (ACE), and the dealer gets Blackjack, the player loses both his bets. If the dealers first card is of value 10, and the dealer gets Blackjack, the player gets the Double bet back. "

Reasonably easy to determine that player was playing $200 unit bet, doubled on the first hand but since blackjack was turned up, the doubled bet was returned.

What about a list on which everyone can see, which games are "allowed", because i think, that would be shorter and everyone could see, which games are really allowed ;)

But it's only a little suggestion :)
 
The list of excluded games looks a lot more mainstream now. Video Poker, Blackjack switch/surrender, craps, baccarat, the parlor games, pretty common.

A list of allowed games probably would have let Tila get to sleep sooner, though. :cool:

Welcome to the forum. I visited Tila and played in FUN mode. Everything was okay except Paigow Poker where the dealer lost on a strange arranging of the hands. I forgot to take a screenshot but it went something like this. The dealer had a pair of sixes and there was an ace, a jack and some other cards. The low hand surprisingly was set at jack plus another card wheras the ace was set alongside the pair of sixes in the high hand. Obviously wrong. This is not the first time I have seen wrong settings of hands but previously they were only confined to setting the player's hand the house way and didnt concern the dealer. I think playtech had bett look into the software for this game.
 
I'm glad to hear Tila is personally concerned about this ;). I'd suggest that Tila reduces that "long crappy list" to the form:

"All variations of video poker, blackjack switch, blackjack surrender, pontoon, baccarat, craps, and roulette."

In any case, the change was a step in the right direction. :)

Reasonably easy to determine that player was playing $200 unit bet, doubled on the first hand but since blackjack was turned up, the doubled bet was returned.

It's not a nice rule. It's a slightly less crappy version of the European No Hole Card (ENHC) rule. It still costs you money vs the dealer peek on A/T rule found at nearly every online casino. But Playtech just has to squeeze a little more cash out of its customers.

In a "peek" game - if the dealer has any blackjack, the game ends.

In a "no peek" rule game, if the dealer has 10 showing and flips an ace, the doubled bet is returned.

Either way you still lose only your original bet.
