What a better way to start the month than with a wicked win-every-time-deposit lotto where we are giving away £15,000 in cash prizes plus 100,000 Free and Super Spins. This month everyone who deposits is guaranteed to win something! Get your first ticket to enter the lottery in the next week’s draw by depositing today.

As a special kickoff offer we will also be giving you:

25 Free Spins on Wizard of Gems for any deposit today

OR

10 Super Spins worth £20 on Wizard of Gems if you deposit £100 or more

All deposits within the promotional period needs to be wagered at least 5 times. Players depositing via Neteller and Skrill/Moneybookers, 10 times wagering requirement applies to count towards the promotion.
The Spins are credited the day after you've made the deposit, always at 12:00.
There are no wagering requirements on the Spin winnings.

Does this mean I cannot get the free spins unless I wager at least 5 times??? Even if I lose???

Please ask their rep https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/34596/

The last time this was brought up was because a member was denied his free spins for just that reason.

At that time Erik said that the rules changed so that it would say...wager a certain amount of times or if you lose your deposit, you'll get the spins.
If it doesn't say that in their rules I would be careful.

Thanks will ask, it definitely does not include that last bit.

They do give the spins if you lose your entire balance, but £20 of spins for £500 of wagering

They don't have to if they don't include that in their rules.

You can't see it like you're buying the spins with waging 500 if you're just put in 100. Besides you can win 5000 and still get the free spins.
They do need to have that wagering or people would cashout without risking their own money, and it would be really expensive spins for the casino.

Curious answer. I guess they dont HAVE to but they do. I hope that puts your mind at rest, if not speak to then on chat, might give you your closure.

Did you read my first post? It have been up in a thread here before where a member didn't get his spins because he didn't wager enough. He lost.
That had happened to others too. We pointed it out to Eric and they changed so that it would say in the rules that either wager enough or lose your deposit.

Maybe they do the right thing now again anyway, but why take the chance? It's better if the rules are clear.

Btw I don't play there. I'm trying to help.

Just received the email as well... 14 minutes before the offer expires

To this part of the world it came 1 minute and 54 seconds before it expired. I would have made it to the log in page :p

I also just needed to wager my deposit one time though so obviously the rules are different. I'm no VIP so that's not the reason.

Thanks for your helpful contributions so far.

I was told a few weeks ago that casinos have the biggest problems regarding BA with players from the UK. Really surprised me. Probably the reason why they have higher WR.

Why they sent it so late is yet again typical of Thrills. Either the spins are not added as advertised or they send the offer so late that hardly anybody has time to deposit.

I used to love this casino almost as much as 32Red a couple of years back. It was great.
I don't know what happened but I didn't get any good offers anymore so I stopped playing. Sad really.

The usual mess at Thrills, have to say that, sadly

When will they manage to get it right first time???

This is the reality of many online sites. They get your business and fail to retain it. All they chase afterwards are 'New' players. In reality if a fraction of the sites we play at tried a wee bit harder, I and many others here could potentially be worth 10 New Customers a month.

Or they take in those companies that claim they can retain the customers for them. Call centers.
They call you and offer 10 free spins at Starburst if you just come back :D

Hi All

To the OP, if you loose the original deposit, you will qualify for the promotion. It is a standard term for us but we will be more clear in adding it to the promo text.

Regarding the late Email, we sent them out in time before the promo but it looks like there was some bottle neck with the ESP that caused some players to receive the e-mail to late. If this happens please just contact me or support and we will be able to help you guys out.

Regards
Erik
