I got 50 free spins at casino extreme. Won around $5. I finished wager and ended at $49. I went to cashout and was surprised to find out that minimum cashout has been increased to $50 from $20. Instead of risking $49 and trying to get to $50 I deposited $10 and completed 1x wager requirement and requested $56 cashout as it was my ending balance. The casino rejected my cashout and said I was mixing funds. They confiscated $49 and said they are returning initial deposit of $10. Do I have a case? Btw they are saying I accepted terms and conditions while signing up.

Just last year the minimum withdrawal was $20.

casinos can change rules on offers, maybe if you deposit and play still min $20 but with free spins offer is $50

Minimum withdrawal is $50 for every method. No matter if you get free spins or deposit your own money.
One of my objection is they should have atleast asked me to take my balance upto $50 instead of confiscating the funds.

It's unfortunate, but I think the casino do have a case here.
At ALL RTG casinos they have a maximum win and a minimum withdrawal from freebies. So trying to "bend the rules" by depositing more without checking with them first was always likely to end in disappointment.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but you should have just tried to make that extra buck before requesting a cash-out.
