The win came via 7 cascades of just 3&4 OAK (but lots of symbols) and on the last cascade a bunch of 5OAK 10's paid $750 odd. :rolleyes:

I said I would run a little comp at the end of the week but I forgot about the freeroll weekend so now that Harry's comp has ended, I will make it simple:

I will play in the Secret of the Stones battle tonight at 21.15 (UK time), the person who guesses closest to my finishing position will win £20 - I can only do bank transfer or Paypal unless someone can step in to help.

333 for me. I was going to say 1500 in the previous comp but Harry confused me by saying it didn't look great before the last spin - for a lowroller like me a 1k bonus always looks good :D
 
The day has not gotten worse, looks like I could win my first ever paid battle, and that on Hotline of all slots where I never scored a single FS in the countless Freerolls i played on it. :rolleyes:

Me too. I've managed to do one of these and at this rate it will be 2020 before I do another.

I don't know whether I love Harry for beating the casino's and being so generous, or loathe him for apparently being a luck Vampire and sucking all of mine because of his good Karma :laugh:

Blimey, yeah you are right it will be 3 or 4.
And I usually manage to pass something on from your comps too, but my luck has been shite lately so not holding my breath.
Busy with work the next 2 days so no rush to send it.

Rest assured my fellow CM'ers, I do lose just as often as you do, probably even more often. :D

But when I see my luck is in on a day, I go to higher bets, no mercy :) .....8/10 it all goes horribly wrong but when it goes well, it ends in a remarkable day. :D

Yesterday, I had $50 to play with, started a $0.20 bets, increased to $0.40 after 150 spins, got the Free Spins on spin 183, then to $0.60 after the first free spins, to $0.80 afte the next, etc.... Before the first big hit on Bonanza, I had $280 from the first few free spin rounds and could have withdrawn a nice profit but I increased the bet to $2. :rolleyes: As you can see in the pic, I was at just $93 when it hit the Free Spins again. Very often, it goes down to zero without mercy. But on a good day, the strategy will pay off handsomely. :)

Plus, I do play without any pressure to win whatsoever. I see the difference to my early days, where I was chasing like mad some huge wins and was playing like a pressure cooker. :oops: :D

The $50 from yesterday were from the rewards, so it didn't bother me at all if I lose it. Hence, the $10 & $20 bets once the balance was high enough. Those big oscillations and then finally the big hit, is what makes gaming for me exhilarating. :D
