I made a withdraw this morning of $800.00, but I was surprised hrs later I received a $20 free bonus. Just on the withdrawal versus bonus thing. I remember once I made a £4000 withdrawal from "The Gaming Club" (It was a long long time ago). I got an email saying congratulations on my withdrawal, and they'd thrown £500 into my account to say well done. Those were the days when I was playing a LOT more - but even so - it showed good customer retention/management going on behind the scenes.

Expect even better understanding of the customer from 32Red; they are the best at it. Bar none.
