Question Terminator II - Hot Mode

Hi guys,

Just wondering if there is like a special trigger for this better paying FS feature or does it trigger purely random at the start of the FS.
I like this slot as it gives the FS on a regular basis and keeps balance pretty level for a longer time,at least the last few times I played it.
Had the FS loads of times scattered over multiple casino's but always ended up with the regular FS.
Is there any % known of the chances getting a hot mode feature?
Just wondering as I have seen a good few screenshots of it but I have yet to get one of those.

However from what I've read, videos I've watched etc, It triggers with 3 (or more) scatters exactly the same as a normal (none hot mode) feature.

The difference when you will notice is the background is more orangey red (like portraying the image of red hot metal)rather than the dullish metallic bluey black colour, this can first be noticed as the reels 'extend' at the start of the feature just before the FS commences.

You can tell as when you get the '10 free spins' message there will be flames around the letters. Then you get the range background.

I have had a couple hot modes triggered so far. The first indication is the free spins text that pop's up when you trigger it. The text will be engulfed in flames if it's a hot mode. It can also be triggered when you get the free spins from the T-800 mode. Best of luck

I am convinced hot mode is a myth I have played this game loads and have yet to see one. It is possibly rarer than the wildline in DOA. I do hope I will get a hot mode one day...... I can dream

Would love to see the hot mode as I think it is nearly always a guaranteed big x stake payout.
Would love to get it so I suppose just keep playing it.

They are really rare to hit. Had a couple in demo and only ever one in real mode.

But to all those chasing it they are hard to hit and not guaranteed to give a huge win.

The only one I ever got was on a 30p stake and paid about £90 so only about 300x stake. Sounds a lot but pretty poor for hotmode when ive had about £60+on regular free spins a coupe of times on 30p bet.

Not necessarily true, 3 of my 7 Hot Modes have paid less than 260x stake. I've been extremely lucky on T2 though, well up on it! Hot Mode is probably my favourite feature to hit. Good luck

I've played this slots a lot over quite a few casinos and whilst I've triggered the free spins well over 200 times, I would guess, have yet to trigger a hot mode!

had the Hot Mode once @ 1.50 bet, payout 1014 x bet ... it took first 485 x bet from my balance before the big one came in....got it when the free spins where triggered from T-800 mode. I would say the only potential chance for a big payout on this slot..... I only played it 2-3 times seriously, meaning a session with min. 500 spins, so can't say how often it triggers.

Like i said i've been extremely fortunate on T2. I'd trade them all for a 5 reel shitstorm(well wild desire as i never play Thunderstruck 2) which youv've had the fortune of getting :notworthy

I think the trouble with seeing videos, screenshots and even comments regarding big hits makes it worse as subconsciously players may then think, even temporarily that they are 'less rare' than they actually are!

Its even worse when you actually DO have a big hit during a deposit (Eg: Wild Desire, Hot Mode, screen full of wilds etc etc) as again the mind plays tricks and makes us think 'Wonder when I'll get it next, If I can get it once....'

Since that TS II hit, every time Thor' jumps down' I can't help thinking at the back of my mind, 'You never know..... '

short bursts i would play on it . had it once at a average stake of £3 paid over 1000x bet its in the screen shot or pictures to do with bet-at as that's where i hit it .haven't played much this year , so have stayed away from it , good luck with it anyway .

I have played this slot a lot after it came out but taken long break from it. And after that only played a bit once and awhile. But Friday night I suddenly got the urge to play it don't know why but my hit was absolute crazy. I put it on 15 auto spins at £4.20 after changing bet from around 4-9 pounds range. Back on the 1st July last year I wrote on this thread that I'd never had the hot mode on T2. Thousands and thousands of spins later I still have not had it to date, although I would say that the normal bonus round does seem to come up more than some MG games, i.e. IR, particularly on higher bets (£3) where I seem to have had more success on this slot.

Ok, so at the top of the slot it shows that the staring guy with the spikey ears can transform into free spins.

I guess that this happens as often as the hot mode, as I have yet to see it?

For a game that can trigger free spins in so many ways, I can't believe how hard it is to trigger them. You can easily go 500+ spins without seeing one.

But despite of this, it is not a big money sucker such as those god damned untamed piece of shit games
