Casino Complaint Swiss Casino, warning do not gamble there

Do you agree with me that people shouldnt gamble at Swiss?

    I have a wonderful screen shot of swiss casino telling me that i have 45c in my account but on my balance it shows over a hundred credits, when i gamble i always watch my balance with every bet and when i placed a bet the message popped up to go banking to deposit more as there was insufficient funds in my casino account

    To this day they havent resolved the issue and that was my first time at that casino i deposited and received a small match bonus...i have told them via email to remove me from their mailing list and casino but yet they still send promotional emails.
    Would any one like to see this screen shot?
    I received no response after that in the chat window and via email.

    So warning do not gamble there...

    Go back and have a look at your game logs, and then your transaction logs.

    One possibility is that the balance in the main window was "frozen" and did not move whilst you played Pink Panther in the game window. This would be a software bug.

    A second possibility is that the 100 was a sticky bonus, and it got confiscated during your play on Pink Panther, and you were suddenly unable to bet. This confiscation should show in both your transaction and game history logs.

    There is, of course, the possibilty that you got screwed over somehow - these history logs will also reveal this happening.

    I have checked nothing in the log nothing there man at any rate i will not play there again and tell any one whom asks that they are a bum casino.

    Swiss Casino are supposedly working on cleaning up their act so I would suggest that you have a look at our Pitch-A-Bitch complaint service beginning with the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

    As to your thread title I don't think it's a reasonable representation of your issue so I'm changing it from "Swiss Casino Thieves" to "Swiss Casino, warning do not gamble there" per your original post.

    I play a very long Time ago from Swiss Casino an have a lot of Win from this.

    There were never any problems and the money I've ever received.

    My opinion.

    Swiss casino steal large sums of money from the accounts of their customers and then not respond to e-mails. Stay away from them !
