    Hello everyone,

    I have searched for different casino mediation sites. And through google I have found several hits on this website regarding withdrawal problems at casino 770.

    Here is the story. I have signed up at casino 770 as they come up with big bonuses to play with. I was lucky to win the first time. I had to send in ID documents and got a telephone call to get my account verified and I thought everything will be okay. They kept sending me promo codes and I was lucky enough to win twice on the promo codes. I have now a total withdrawal outstanding of 1540,50 EUR. The first withdrawal dates from the 3rd of March.

    I have sent a dozen email beginning from the middle of March already and they keep replying that the "relevant department" (I guess the financial department) will contact me as soon as possible. Also, they keep telling that they are not able to contact their payment agency and the withdrawals can be delayed. However, they also tell me that I don't need to worry and my payment will be released as soon as possible. It has now been more than 2 months since my first withhdrawal and I really do not know what to do. Can anyone help me here?

    Sadly it would seem you're not the first person to come here with such a complaint:

    The player in that case did submit a PAB, and although the casino did not respond to it they paid the player in question the day after Max posted that warning.

    I checked, and could not find a rep for them on board here, but maybe they will be more communicative with Max this time around. Best not to chat too much about it on the forums if that's the route you want to take. Make sure to read all the PAB rules then follow through with the form.
