hey guys

Over the last 2-3 weeks i have won over $29000 at an accredited casino, and it feels like they're just stalling me. the first withdrawal was
processed on the 1/30/2014 for $5000 by wire transfer, and the second one for $5000 was due to be processed on the 6/2/2014.
i still havent received the first one, so the second withdrawal has not been processed, and im a premium player! Any advice would be appreciated guys
Their support havent been very helpful, saying just to wait :/
so i really think im just having a bitch and moan here and looking for advice, lol

Well, I am not a "guy" but let me try and provide some advice. I have been in your shoes at various times since I started online gambling, so I do understand how frustrating it is.

First off, I am glad you have not posted the name of the casino..........that's not how you properly and best resolve things. Here is what I do when things don't seem to be happening according to their usual timelines. Or timelines given don't make sense and or ignored.

If it is a new casino for you or 1st time w/d it will take longer for them to review and verify your documents. So the first step is to make sure you have sent all the required identification docs and that they have been "accepted" for use. After that, if still waiting an unduly long time ------

Contact via email and keep a copy of each email you send/receive in a separate folder by casino:

* support
* any VIP/Host contact
* Accounting or Finance department
* If contact with the above people doesn't work, send a PM to the accredited casino's rep on this forum giving them your player's name and the details of your concern
* If after a reasonable amount of time (2-3 days) you don't get a response from the Casino rep via PM, or it is not satisfactory then you can always file a PAB with Max.

I don't want to be harsh, but it really doesn't do any good to come here and comment that you are "thinking of just having a bitch and moan" - It accomplishes nothing, really. Well, except allowing me to throw some advice your way.

Follow the advice above and then if all else fails do the formal PAB process after reading and understanding all the FAQ's before you actually file it. We all should exhaust our own remedies for resolution before we involve Max. But once involved, Max can be very resourceful at getting action from the accredited casinos.

FWIW,
Diane

thanks for the info diane :)

and, i should clarify that i have been with this casino for several years, and i have also updated my details 3 weeks ago and everything was fine and approved, same day.
i have never been stalled like this, even on a withdrawal for around $5500 they paid that within the 24hrs, but that was last year.

hey maxd, i will do that, im just reading up the q&a :) i will also send you a private msg soon, as i just got a email back from them, cheers
