The first time I only checked the fun mode when logged out.
I just checked the fun mode when logged in and it also has the high RTP version of the games.

The same thing happens at N1 casino.
 
I tried out this casino a couple of months ago. Made a couple of deposits and when I attempted a cashout they drove me insane. After I sent all docs they first said my ID card was not an international document then they wanted a selfie and after that they just didnt like the background of the selfie till I was basicaly exhausted in meeting their demands. In the end, after a bitter tussle I received my paltry cashout but I hadnt returned since.
 
hi, most important is to test casino yourself. its not "one Softswiss casino" every brand is different, so most important is a fair vote of someone who played at the casino. If everyone received the cashout and was treated good at the end the vote should be a fair Yay. Everyone who played at the brand that is at baptism of fire should give a vote, Here the question is if someone did not get his cashout at Slotwolf or has been treated bad? Lets take another example from non virtual world, if you drive a VW Tourag you can't judge the Audi Q7 because you drive another car. If you drive a Porsche Cayenne you can't judge the VW Touraeg or the Audi Q7 because you driver another car. If you drive the Bentley Bentayga you can't judge the Porsche Cayenne, the VW Touareg nor the Porsche Cayenne because you drive another car. all the 4 mentioned cars are build on same platform, so If the Diesel engine of VW Touareg breaks down you can't say every Bentley Bentaiga will break down too. Every of this cars has same platform but was assembled and driven by different people and of course is different. So if someone made a bad experience with another brand than the one in baptism of fire or even just read about things in others articles without any own experience to play and test a brand its not a fair evaluation I think. I would never judge about a car only because it has been build on same platform.
 
I have just the nice suprise to have a 200$ withdrawal canceled from a 100$ deposit. Thats a suprise and I cant understand because they approved many withdrawals recently. The issue was a prepaid card used in march. I usually upload a screenshot everytime at any softswiss since not every manager knows they can actually verify its a prepaid card so in reality, a plastic disposable voucher. 80 minutes later in chat, 6 screenshots, and way too long of a conversation... I am told to wait if the financial departement will approve it now.
I would like to remind you that I am verified in every softswiss casino. Never had one single issue in probably around 50 000$ of total deposits around the brand. Pulling that stalling move on me for a non obligated verification is the most absurd non sense you can do as a manager. How little judgement is involded when someone does that to a customer? Whats funny is that the first person that made me learn about the bin numbers for prepaid was actually a softswiss employee. I lost more than 2 hours now for such a dumb situation. I will be waiting the approval once again. Unless they feel like canceling it again and not even bother sending an email about it.

For example if you play at Oshi Casino, its on Softswiss casino software engine but of course there is no data exchange between for example a curaçao licensed brand using Softswiss casino engine and a totally separated brand on MGA license using Softswiss casino software engine. I don't think Bentley will share their data with VW, its not even allowed by data protection laws. And everyone wants the security to play at EU licensed casino and MGA requirement is to make KYC check. I can't see any reason to complaint about KYC that is mandatory by law. Its not a reason to complain about staying in the terms of law. Would you be happy if all data would be exchanged between several brands using same casino software engine? would you be happy if there is a break of law by a casino by ignoring KYC requirements? I don't think so, at least I would not complain about a casino that approved the withdraw after all legal requirements are fulfilled.

There is no such requirement for verification regarding a prepaid disposable credit card. Its a mix of ignorance and interpretation to the casino’s advantage by a manager that will do anything to stall a payment if he can find a « reason ».
Withdrawals were approved after the deposit with this dangerous prepaid card and nobody was entitled to a fine or punishment of some sort. It is always the same my friend. If somehow you forget a simple screenshot upload, they dont care at all if they are profitable but when at the second you make a profit, this prepaid card become very dangerous. I will tell you the same thing : look at the bin number please. Its considered a voucher by law and its not associated with personal names and credit ratings. And what is this ridiculous reaction? You are still entitled to learn a things or two even of you represent a casino. My withdrawal was processed indeed. Softswiss casinos like I like to say, are the only ones getting nuts over a prepaid credit card screenshot again and again. I understand some places are owned by the same people and some are well managed also. I wasnt expectiing such a harsh incorrect answer. I won’t bother your best friend again I promise.

Otherwise ok casino but bonuses seems to be set to fail under 10%... no matter what you play, what stake you play ... Vip bonuses has lower wagering so there you have small chance to wager over 50% :D Its good to give bonuses when there is 0% chance to wager them...

1st withdrawal thay wanted all basic documents plus selfie bullshit and got paid. 2nd they wanted deposit method and got paid. Now 3rd and i dont even know yet what they want since nothing is changed, maybe pic of my d**k or cats birth certificate... and worst part is they dont even tell that in mail so i have to go speak one if the slowest live help...

I can't speak for each our brand since most of them operated separately by a different team, but for Slotwolf and N1 group I can give you my word that we do nothing in order to make something bad to customer (to delay WD's, to delay KYC, etc).

I can understand that. As a company, you have to realize that the guys working at finance/verification/payment approval represents 90% of your customer satisfaction and will influence you future revenues. Who cares about a bonus? When you ask screenshots for prepaid card deposit that is not required anywhere or by anyone, just after taking the time to cancel withdrawal without even sending an email to your customer it looks even worst that you are doing this all of a sudden after a win/cashout even if you approved smaller payments after the dangerous prepaid transaction.
I have been around. I played at every casino you represent. I can tell you for sure that all of a sudden playing at slotwolf feels like playing at spinia. It’s all good to be honest, they paid. But if you treat me like that for 200$, I am very afraid of what you would do for 50 000$ as a company that seems tonve focused on short term and profit.
So, personnaly, never played again there and probably wont ever again. I know it may seems a little intense but if players were all like me, casino managers would actually have to take into consideration that bad pratices are not good for anyone, even greedy cheap dishonest wanna be rich curacao hustler.
Clearly not the case with n1 casino. They are far from perfect my friend. But they never ever tried anything funny with me. Exactly like ladyhammer. 100% honest and straightforward. Maybe I was just unlucky and received the treatment of a clueless employee that day. Still not acceptable. I have respect for what you do homerbert and you seem to do what you can. Why do I know you so the job of 5 persons and they would ask more if they could? :)

Yea, or nay? If "nay", please give specific reasons and a way to solve the problem. Since they are a sister casino to N1Casino and basically under the same management, I did not foresee the problems some of you are having, unless you are having the same ones at N1Casino.

If there are slots that are bonus banned, then play without the bonus. Bonuses are never obligatiory, in fact I rarely ever accept bonuses - not even SUBs.
 
They deserve accreditation. Nothing is perfect really.
It was exactly the same than playing at n1 in the beginning : no bs, fast cashouts and no sudden weird reasons to stall payments. Maybe I am very unlucky but this changed over time. There was always something when I stopped playing there even if I really liked the vip manager. All these little things we very annoying to me but will probably do the job for some other players. I understand I am hard to please but when you drive me mad for 200$ and all logic is gone, I get uncomfortable thinking what would happen if I won big. Maybe its only the guy approving docs and payments that is different?
To be honest when I started playing at slotwolf it was even better than n1. Instant payouts, no questions asked, very very good promos especially during christmas. It was so good sometimes I asked support to be sure they wanted me to freeroll and that it wasnt a mistake. Remeber the 300% cashback with zero wager? Yeah it was crazy ;)

I know I am very critical but I have very high expectations from a casino claiming to be linked to n1. Just the fact that you offer high rtp games with fun money and lower rtp on real money... why? It doesnt look very honest dont you think?

it was an important question for me where I asked if I self excluded on N1casino, if that carried over to the other brands under the same license or notunder the mga.

Because in some casinos under that license it said it is only at the brand you set the self exclusion and some other like N1casino and euslot it said when self excluded you will be barred from playing at all casinos under the same license.

so I think that it’s a legit normal question for a rep to answer, and for me it was important at that time, not anymore.

I’ve seen more complaints about not responding to PMs at that time.
