The verification and the withdrawal time are lightning fast. Thats the positive.

The negative, Mister Wolf doesn't like it when you win. I deposited 105 and cashed out 800 on the first deposit bonus. One day later I get an email with a special add on to the regular 2nd deposit bonus: 50% cash back if I lose. So why not? Deposited 110 and cashed out 200.


One hour later I get an email Im banned from bonuses. Thats not how you get your money back, Mister Wolf.

Seem to get easier all the time to get bonus banned... That's ok and casinos have full right to do what ever they want with their bonuses but offering 1st and 2nd deposit bonus and then ban all the players who took them, don't really feel best CRM strategy in the world (unless you don't want anyone who manage to win in first deposits play again).
Both of these deposits were more or leass meant to be done with bonuses, would be different if after SUB:s would only wait and use bonuses for deposits but banning player who took normal SUB is bit harsh (even second one was enhanced one but if any CRM system exist in casino they were fully aware that there no any other deposits made so weird approach to encourage player to take some certain bonus an then punish about using it).
Kind of understand that making further deposits to them is not an option anymore No money back for casino, happy end for player.

And they even offer deposit bonuses on the first 4! deposits. I took the 100% on the first and 70% on the second. Its hard enough to beat the wagering two times in a row and then you get rewarded with a bonus ban.

And like I said, after winning on the first they sent me an email with a cash back offer on top of the second deposit bonus.

Poor CRM, can be some great algorithm which flagged you only used bonuses for deposits and got you banned. Maybe taking an account that you were also winning.

Just not great approach from casino if they start to bonus ban players who are middle of using welcome bonuses, maybe better then only offer one that don't have to ban all depositing players who use welcome offers as they are offered.

That is just silly. Welcome bonuses are pretty much meant to be used as a way to get used to a casino to see if you would want to stay there afterwards. Of course the deposit to using bonus ratio would be 100% until you are done with them all.

What really gets me now a days is that in terms of AML, most sites want me to wager my deposit 3x before I am allowed to cashout even without a bonus. Whenever I see sites like this, it pretty much means don't bother playing as even with a lot of others that have the more standard 1x instead of the extreme 3x, I don't always win. I would still come back to play and have fun and I do on sites that have the 1x wagering. :/

Let me explain how I played:

First deposit 105€ + 105€ Bonus. Started Reactoonz with 1€ bets. After the balance got higher I played 2€ a spin and when balance went back down returned to 1€. Biggest balance was around 1.300€.

Changed to Book of Dead and continued with 1€ bets.

After wagering was done I had a balance of 900€. Decided to play some more BOD on 2€ and lost 100 in no time. Decided to call it a day and cashed out 800.



Second deposit 110€ + 77€ Bonus. Started with Wilds Falls again on 1€. Changed game to Rise of Olympus. Won some, lost some. Back to Book of Dead and ended up with a 200€ balance after wagering was done. Cashed it out and now Im bonus banned.


I really don't understand what I have done wrong? Isnt that normal gameplay? What games and bet size am I allowed to play without being called a bonus abuser? Thats how I like to play for years.

Slotwolf doesn't give me the reason why Im banned.

I really don't like it to be called an abuser when I have done nothing wrong.

What you have done wrong is won and cashed out.
If you had lost - Trust me, they would give you another bonus

I am verified, no bonus play obviously with them
