Deposits AND withdrawals with etransfer which is very nice for canadians.
Mobile site doesnt lag or need you to clear cache every time you want to change game. I guess they have less traffic than n1.

Shady tactics in trying to confiscate players funds, but gave in after some exposure here on the forums.

I understand that is a choice most do now, since they can and since most players have no idea, but there is also something else.

I had to register and login to see the true and low RTP of the games. When I opened them without being logged in, they were the high RTP versions!

The first time I only checked the fun mode when logged out.
I just checked the fun mode when logged in and it also has the high RTP version of the games.

The same thing happens at N1 casino.

We all have different values. As a buisness owner, I would feel disgusting doing that.

If you win something at one of their brands prepare for insanely bad rtp on every n1 group casino until you have lost your winnings back twice.

I tried out this casino a couple of months ago. Made a couple of deposits and when I attempted a cashout they drove me insane. After I sent all docs they first said my ID card was not an international document then they wanted a selfie and after that they just didnt like the background of the selfie till I was basicaly exhausted in meeting their demands. In the end, after a bitter tussle I received my paltry cashout but I hadnt returned since.

Its crazy how experience may differ at a softswiss casino. The vip manager kent is a funny dude. They never asked me one stupid request. Lets be honest some people are dumb, and some casino are dumb on purpose at the right times and they can drive anyone crazy.

hi, most important is to test casino yourself. its not "one Softswiss casino" every brand is different, so most important is a fair vote of someone who played at the casino. If everyone received the cashout and was treated good at the end the vote should be a fair Yay. Everyone who played at the brand that is at baptism of fire should give a vote, Here the question is if someone did not get his cashout at Slotwolf or has been treated bad? Lets take another example from non virtual world, if you drive a VW Tourag you can't judge the Audi Q7 because you drive another car. If you drive a Porsche Cayenne you can't judge the VW Touraeg or the Audi Q7 because you driver another car. If you drive the Bentley Bentayga you can't judge the Porsche Cayenne, the VW Touareg nor the Porsche Cayenne because you drive another car. all the 4 mentioned cars are build on same platform, so If the Diesel engine of VW Touareg breaks down you can't say every Bentley Bentaiga will break down too. Every of this cars has same platform but was assembled and driven by different people and of course is different. So if someone made a bad experience with another brand than the one in baptism of fire or even just read about things in others articles without any own experience to play and test a brand its not a fair evaluation I think. I would never judge about a car only because it has been build on same platform.

I have just the nice suprise to have a 200$ withdrawal canceled from a 100$ deposit. Thats a suprise and I cant understand because they approved many withdrawals recently. The issue was a prepaid card used in march. I usually upload a screenshot everytime at any softswiss since not every manager knows they can actually verify its a prepaid card so in reality, a plastic disposable voucher. 80 minutes later in chat, 6 screenshots, and way too long of a conversation... I am told to wait if the financial departement will approve it now.
I would like to remind you that I am verified in every softswiss casino. Never had one single issue in probably around 50 000$ of total deposits around the brand. Pulling that stalling move on me for a non obligated verification is the most absurd non sense you can do as a manager. How little judgement is involded when someone does that to a customer? Whats funny is that the first person that made me learn about the bin numbers for prepaid was actually a softswiss employee. I lost more than 2 hours now for such a dumb situation. I will be waiting the approval once again. Unless they feel like canceling it again and not even bother sending an email about it.
