Well, I understand your frustration in some cases in terms of KYC. As a player myself, seriously, I know this stupid pain.
Also, please note that with recent lockdowns across many countries we got much more workload and was required to hire more and more people - and unfortunately it is not fiveminojob to train person to work absolutely perfect.
But it's case by case, I'm pretty sure that in some cases if we will review - the requested documents were really required. In some cases - not.

I can't speak for each our brand since most of them operated separately by a different team, but for Slotwolf and N1 group I can give you my word that we do nothing in order to make something bad to customer (to delay WD's, to delay KYC, etc).
