Slotsmillion withdrawal

Hi guys!

I have made a withdrawal from slots million previously to my Barclays account, this was processed quickly and appeared in my bank account on the same day! That's unheard of for me.

I have now made a second withdrawal on early hours Friday morning, it's not a huge amount (£330). I then took a "time out" on my account for 14 days while I do my Christmas shopping and save some money. This withdrawal has been processed and approved (or it had before I took a time out) but it's no where to be seen? This withdrawal is to my Santander account.

I was over the moon with how quick my first deposit was, but feeling disappointed with this second one.

Anyone got any experience to share? Or has everyone's withdrawals been super quick?

Barclays process casino withdrawals the same day now for most online casinos, however Santander are a lot slower than most banks and payments tend to go in between 9pm and midnight from Malta.

Thanks for the reply. After many emails of me asking what the issue was and being told the same scripted response I sent a strongly worded email asking them to look in detail and it turns out, I was in the wrong!!

I'd entered a digit wrong on my account number for the withdrawal. Hopefully it will get resolved quickly.

I haven't received the funds yet but that's because of completely understandable delays that are a result of me entering the wrong details. So I'd happily say that although I'm still waiting, this is my fault and unavoidable so yes, it's solved :) thanks!
