Hi, I'm hoping somebody can give me some information regarding Slot millions and when they joined Gamstop. I had an active account up until around 4 hours ago then received a message saying that I have an active exclusion in force. I am not disputing the exclusion because I joined Gamstop months ago but because Slot millions hadn't (I assume) signed up I started playing there 2 weeks ago. Everything was verified and have made numerous deposits and a couple of withdrawals. What I would also like to know is what happens with regards to deposits, winnings and current balance because I have tried to contact them but as yet haven't had any replies.

Thanks

Marc

You will probably have to hire a solicitor to deal with this. You are within the jurisdiction of the UKGC, and the UKGC does not handle self exclusion complaints, and as far as I know, SE complaints are not dealt with by their official third party alternative dispute resolution folks. As for what the casino will do, I don't know - it depends on your situation and circumstances. I'll give them a heads up that you are posting your issue here.

Hi,

Just a quick reply that Marc contacted me by PM and I believe from the last reply I got that the topic is resolved. (He is GamStop excluded, we just activated GamStop service so now he's excluded. We are contacting all players excluded with GamStop to pay their balances back but I understand he posted before the CS got in touch so he was uncertain of what was going on)

@Casinomeister: I thought so too, but our ADR (Promediate) recently confirmed they take Social Responsibility/SE cases in the UK and we had one dispute resolved few weeks ago. In the case of Marc, I thing the ADR was a little premature since it was the very first contact on the matter and for a dispute there must be a complaint first.

Gamstop is not a requirement until 1st January 2019 for operators. Until then you are not 100% protected, plus when you do use Gamstop, you need to accept their terms. In their terms you agree not try to sign in to any casino or try to sign up with them. So in fact that you by trying to play or create accounts while being with Gamstop, you are in breach with their terms and conditions.
