    I am just a tad pissed of at Slotsmillion right now so take what I say with a large grain of salt. I got an email giving me a 50% match deposit bonus for Valentines but when I logged on there was o bonus. I have made several deposits at Slotsmillion in the last few months with no bonuses around 1K and have a couple of withdrawals. I contacted support and they give me this BS answer that since I took a bonus in 2016 I wasn't eligible for the bonus that they sent me an email for since my percentage bonus versus deposit is 40%m(I think they are taking my withdrawals into account for this formula)

    Anyway I left with a bad taste in my mouth and wonder what is the point of spending my money at this casino if they do not understand player loyalty and how to retain a depositing player? As far as I can tell they have no loyalty points system and rarely offers free spins. It's been almost two years since I got a bonus from these guys and they send me emails for bonuses which they won't honor. At least with Videoslots I get race winnings, cash back and free battles and although the amount is not huge it does make me feel valued as a player but with Slotsmillion I feel like I don't matter. This makes me not want to deposit in that casino for the foreseeable future and left wondering what Slotsmillion has to offer since they really don't care about keeping their depositing players.

    Edit: Just remembering I couldn't deposit at Slotsmillion because they pulled out of the Irish market in June 2016 I believe. Not sure when they came back because no email was sent. So the more I think about it the more I don't want to play there again.

    I thought slotsmillion was done with bonus banning people after they did it to me forever? It is a really huge turn off to loyal players, I was quite pissed off.

    But yeah its not good because they claim they give out alot more bonuses to make up for not having any type of loyalty system.

    Exactly no loyalty system means no good reason to play there when you get loyalty at other casinos. I wouldn't be so annoyed but I got an email and have made several deposits since they came back into the Irish market. Oh well guess I will stick to Videoslots :)

I believe if you received a promotional email it is because you are eligible for that promotion and thus you should have the bonus available at your login.     Thanks so much Charlotte I did get an email stating that this whole bonus thing was an error on the casinos part and it has been rectified and I was given a goodwill bonus of €20. Looking forward to playing some Bonanza with my bonus tomorrow. Kudos for a personal response from the casino!

    I don't think so.

    Every single time I play here I get constant lag on every single game that I open. It's unbearable and unplayable. I deposit to spin and enjoy myself, not to have an unpleasant experience every single time. Couple that with just under 65% RTP on Magic Mirror Deluxe II in over 3,250 spins and it's fair to say it's been far from enjoyable for me so I've locked the account for a month until some stable servers are setup.

    Surely I'm not the only one experiencing this.

    And I agree about the lag. Every time I try to stream your casino the lag is absolutely unbearable where I have to actually change casinos so people can enjoy a stream that isnt so choppy

    These guys continue to get better and better. I had an issue with some not so pleasant support so I complained to management as I really do not like that kind of stuff. The manager agreed and corrected the situation. I also had a tonne of game errors last night during a session and after I reported it they took care of it and refunded some monies which I didnt even ask for.

    If these guys get a reward system up and coming, watch out videoslots you guys will have competition for the best casino award

    Ive narrowed it down to just Vs too. Bonuses are a big thing for me because I do so crappy and it helps extend play time. Ive been looking at other casinos and between their lack of bonuses, loyalty points, reward system, withdrawl methods for Canadians. I have pretty well given up.

    Bank wire transfers will do that. Doesn't matter if it is at a casino or not. They also pay out in euros so it eats even more since banks charge for conversion fees. Best option is to use an e-wallet to cash out.

    Im not sure why they changed to a new system, they used to send it to us CAD so we received the normal fees, now its tripled because of the conversion and the bigger the withdraw the worse the fees get. Sometimes they will send abit more to help cover the fees but you need to ask.

    Still think this casino needs to add citadel. $1.60 fee for us to deposit, free withdraw.
