I have to agree with you.
I have played Slotsmagic quite a bit over the past few weeks as I do love WMS games.
Gave them another chance so to speak.
But I am very doubtful I will be back as of same reasons as many others.
Slow spins,disconnects as some games are just not playable at all for me.
For example when I trigger the free games on Montezuma the game runs at 1 fps.
It seems it is too much to handle for Slotsmagic servers to make the reels spin and get the multiplier wheel going at the same time.
And no it is not my laptop which is a pretty high end gaming laptop nor my fibre connection.
I play this slot at other places like CasinoEuro (BML) and it runs smooth like butter.
So please do not make us players look stupid.
It is defo on your end Slotsmagic,unfortunatelly.
If a casino deserves credit,I will always acknowledge that and praise them.
But if they mess up we also should be honest and say the word,I feel it is up to the casino then to fix it.
The disconnections and slow gameplay is not an isolated issue.
As a sidenote,I have deposited around 1k last month,no cashouts (could have done tbh but that is my own fault) but if you say you appreciate your customers I would have at least expected a small comp in my account.
Also you lot forgot my birthday 2 days ago....Even a mail with happy birthday would have been much appreciated,not even talking about a pressie.

Just small things that make me go back to a casino.
