He did actually bring up some valid points though.
I can't believe some people on here are so defensive about some things that are plainly wrong.
Someone actually said, its Rizks promo so if they want to change it then thats up to them, I'm sorry but WTF? No they can't. Thats a clear breach of rules and guidelines, and is ridiculous to suggest that can be done.
If a streamer, casino or anyone else said, sign up and if you lose £1000+ we will refund you, in full, in cash, and had the promo running for a month, then the day it was due to end said, oh, we've had more people than we thought take part, we will give you a tenner instead, would people think that was ok? As that would be doing exactly whats happened here, changing the terms at the end of the promo.
Casino's and their affiliates need to be extremely careful in running promo's, this streamer is based in the UK, and is therefore subject to the gambling act. This is a lottery (legally speaking) and he should have a gaming license to run it, I did ask if he was running it under
Rizk's licence, but wasn't replied to.
If I was affected by this, and felt strongly about it I would complain to the UKGC about both the streamer and Rizk, so as to get some answers, and find out if there were any wrongdoings. I'm not though so I won't be.
Rizk should however, at least, if asked, show that the initial draw was carried out fairly, and those who had made multiple deposits did in fact have multiple chances to win. Did any one person have more than one entry in the final 50? If some people had 10+ tickets, as is possible, I would find it hard to believe no one had more than one make it to the final 50, and in fact an earlier post seemed to confirm that it was single entries for the final 50.
This is probably a legit promo that was badly ran, but thats what you get when you allow some foul mouthed chav to run a competition for a casino, and considering his attitude towards the customers, Iif I were Rizk I would distance myself from him completely!
