It's all there in his streams that are still available to watch on YouTube. All threw December he plugged A draw a single raffle that all qualifying players would be entered into, not 2 draws or any mentioned of multiple draws.

Did you even read the reply from the representative of Rizk? It is all explained as I explained a few posts up topic.

The rules were pretty clear to me from the start. Stop giving out inaccuracies that he never mentioned it on streams before because I know that he did!

It's a little bit more than a mention on stream seems as your in there highlighted streamer section. It's a clique nothing less and every other streamer related to that site has supported NickSlots in a bias way.

OK, so there are a fair few number of inaccuracies here. Firstly Nick ran this promotion with the full knowledge of Rizk and we were aware of it absolutely and we would never allow him to change the rules. What did take us,k and Nick, by surprise was the phenomenal number of entries received which made it impossible to perform a live draw on air using every single one of the entrants and tickets - therefore what happened was:

Rizk produced a list of every single ticket that had been earned by every single player that qualified. From that list 50 were selected randomly to go forward to the live draw that Nick then hosted on his site during his live feed. Therefore every player and every ticket earned had exactly the same chance to be picked. Not one single player or one single ticket was excluded as we ensured this was the case by providing Nick with the "Final 50" so that it was a manageable draw to do on stream.

I hope that this is clearer for you now.

That does sound like you changed the terms and condition to me tbh. Nothing was said in the terms that if there were too many entries, there would be a raffle to decide who entered the raffle. Not sure why you say there were too many entries to do it live, you load the list up in a RNG then select the winning number from that.

Who's gambling license was it ran under, yours or does Nickslots have his own that was used?

There would of been a solution to have every one involved in the prize draw (as promised) regardless of the number of entries. A quick Google would result in something capable of selecting random winners of xxxx amount of entries.

With all due respect you saying you randomly selected 50 people prior to the prize draw stream is neither here nor there. I had toast for breakfast this morning. I never, I'm just saying I did. Same principal applies what is said as to what is done could be 2 completely different things without any proof.

At the end of the day people felt ripped off and in my opinion they were. Too now have any and all complaints brushed off like it doesn't matter is a bit of a joke.

That's an outright lie but I'm not surprised seems as you have ties to CG. The guy never mentioned the fact that only 50 people would be in the draw for the prizes, until it was too late. i.e. the last stream where the draw took place. In no stream prior to that did he mentioned it and any suggestion he did is just an out and out lie.

Just search his username here and you'll see the guys got previous for dodgy raffles. Unibet anyone? Did he ever draw a winner for that one? I doubt it!

Risk & NickSlots would of made a pretty penny with the amount of people they convinced to sign up to that raffle and to shaft 90% of them at the end was out of order. And then the way he spoke to people who called him out on it afterwards is frankly insulting. He streams to entice people to sign up threw his link to make money, but to then insult the very people who did just that is a disgusting tactic. A lot have/will turn away from his stream now and rightly so.

I dont like Nick and I dont have anything to do with casinogrounds as its too affiliaty but dont make statements and insult people just because they are part of a forum! Feeder - you joined CM on January 1 and Pm'd directly on this subject at which point (after i finished my holiday) i gave you an even fuller answer to your query than i have posted in this thread - even when you refused to send me your e-mail address so that i could check your Rizk account.

To do this and then go and question our integrity is, frankly, more than insulting. What on earth would we have to gain by this?? We had committed to the prizes and so who won them is completely and entirely irrelevant to us

1) The rules you linked stated nothing about 50 people being put into a draw
2) The rules state and I quote All players get one raffle ticket for each £50 deposited (must be wagered 1x)
3) Rizk has just admitted they changed how the draw was done because they didn't expect so many entries

So the guy is right in complaining the T&C where changed, that is a fact, so after all your posting you are wrong and so no, you do not get a apology.

Rizk might have randomly choose 50 to b in the main draw, but RIZK should have known people would complain, it is not hard to put a few hundred entries into online random draw generator and pick a winner that way everyone is happy. I would be just as pissed taking a streamers/casinos word they randomly picked 50 tickets.

Bringing up PMs is a bit of a sneaky move theyre called PMs for a reason but now that we're here i'll say this - Now I never refused to forward my email address to you. I said I'd refrain from forwarded it until I had a little insight into how the raffle was conducted behind the scenes i.e. why the rules were changed. From your reply it seemed to me they were changed due to the high number of entries. I asked to have my affiliation to NickSlots removed because of how all this was handled on his behalf and you refused. Instead I've self excluded from rizk as I'd rather not be lining the pockets of someone who I feel ripped off by (NickSlots).

Again all this still doesn't matter. What matters were rules were changed and no one is stepping up to take responsibility.

Staggers me the amount of people who defend a casino changing the rules they set, when a gambler breaks those rules he/she loses her money or bonus or whatever else. But when a casino changes the terms and conditions people are suppose to just accept it?

I run a business, if i told my customers if they buy one item they go into a live draw to win a bigger prize, then on that night they tune in to watch I say we had so many entries I've off camera choose 50 at random people would be annoyed.

Difference is Rizk clearly didn't think before they did this, and that says alot about them. All it requires is common sense.

You picked the video prior to the draw stream. He mentions right at the very end that the rules have changed. And that it was still open till 6pm that night (22/12/2016) he usually streams till 4pm so that gave a 2 hour window into the change or rules anyone prior wouldn't of been aware up until that point.

Rizk have admitted rules were changed, you've just proved NickSlots new rules were changed and yet no one is doing anything about it. You carry on sticking up for your friend. I get it. So that leaves 2 hours of people knowing the rules were changed out of hour many hours of stream and that's even if you managed to catch the last 2 minutes of the stream you have linked.

Actually if asked, rizk should be able to prove it was fair, its not up to a customer to prove otherwise. If the rules were changed, which it seems clear they were, then thats against the rules. I notice rizk didnt answer my questions.
