I signed up through nickslots and entered the raffle he did in December. I had to deposit £50 and I would get a ticket. I made 3 £50 pound deposits but never received 3 tickets. He them blocked me from the draw as he said risk could only allow 50 people into it. I'd just like to know why he changed the rules when all in december he said 1 £50 is 1 tickets and everyone would be in the raffle. i'm not complaining that i didn't win i just don't like the way his treated me when i asked why he changed the rules after everyone had already deposited he blocked me on twitch. if i would of known that i wasnt in the draw i would of played another site. i did it because i thought it would make nickslots money but after all this and seeing bad stuff about him i think i made a mistake. i think what he did was very underhand he got 500 people to play £50 with the promise of a chance to win a prize but then he lied.

Well thats bang out of order for him doing that, Was there any other reason except max 50 people?

Its why casino have to be very careful with affiliates and especially when there live streaming. We know Rizk is a fantastic site but this puts a bad name against them.
I do not know the full story but to get baned from the channel as well

that is pretty much how it happened. lots of people were the same as me unhappy and felt ripped off. im not sure if they got banned from twitch. i asked him in chat why he lied and he called me a sad loser then the next time i tried to chat it said i was banned. he just lied and said he mentioned that not everyone would be in the draw but he didnt until no more people could enter and just before the raffle he said that only 50 people chosen by risk would have a chance at a prize.

Arhh I see what happen now, What should of been done is every one that had a ticket should of been put on a wheel, Now if that wheel only holds 50 than do multiply wheels should of been spun than each winner added to the main wheel,

I do not think there would of been any cheating going on but it doesn't go down well when you made multi deposits and been told your names not been picked for the main wheel,

It should of been explained better before hand, I am sure there is programs out there where thousands of names can bee added, That way every one can see what is going on.

OK, if the competition was ran through rizk as it seems to suggest then ask them for where the t&c's are so you can check they were followed. You can then make a complaint to the UKGC if you think they were unfair or not followed, and you get no joy from the rep on here, asssuming you are in the UK?
If Rizk say they didn't have anything to do with it then presumably they will be terminating the affiliate account.

This is exactly how it worked. The 50 entrants who got to the final were drawn by Rizk and their chance of getting into the top 50 was bigger if they had more tickets. Afaict, this was all about logistics (to make it possible to draw the winners on stream). If anybody should be blamed it's Rizk who set it up this way, but I have a feeling that that is not what SlotAddict is after

hmmm, presumably you have watched every one of his streams and have copies of them all saved to be able to make a statement like that?

If what you are saying is true (and I have no idea either way as I don't watch his streams) then it sounds like this was possibly an illegal lottery, and you can report him and Rizk to the UKGC if you feel that is the case. There was no skill involved therefore cannot be classed as a competition, and he would need a gaming license to run it, unless he was using Rizk's in which case it is them you need to complain about. You can also complain to the ASA if all terms and conditions were not published anywhere prior to the giveaway, or if they were changed at any point after you entered.

So now that we have put that one to bed so to speak, I will stick up for Nick on this one. I know what I heard and what that raffle was all about. And as Onkel said in his post above you, I am not the only that understood it to be that Rizk was going to randomly draw 50 entrants for Nick to pick winners from live on stream. He said it many a time during the month of December. I know that my hearing is not all that (blame old age) but it is good enough.

You spent money at Rizk. Money I hope you would have spent otherwise at another casino as otherwise more fool for you to spent at least £50 to enter a raffle. Never chase comps, because that is what this raffle was - a potential comp you would otherwise not have had.

What I don't get is WHY anyone would watch these people, and more so take par in promos costing money when they're clearly not run properly.

OK, so there are a fair few number of inaccuracies here. Firstly Nick ran this promotion with the full knowledge of Rizk and we were aware of it absolutely and we would never allow him to change the rules. What did take us,k and Nick, by surprise was the phenomenal number of entries received which made it impossible to perform a live draw on air using every single one of the entrants and tickets - therefore what happened was:

Rizk produced a list of every single ticket that had been earned by every single player that qualified. From that list 50 were selected randomly to go forward to the live draw that Nick then hosted on his site during his live feed. Therefore every player and every ticket earned had exactly the same chance to be picked. Not one single player or one single ticket was excluded as we ensured this was the case by providing Nick with the "Final 50" so that it was a manageable draw to do on stream.

I hope that this is clearer for you now.

It's all there in his streams that are still available to watch on YouTube. All threw December he plugged A draw a single raffle that all qualifying players would be entered into, not 2 draws or any mentioned of multiple draws.

It's a little bit more than a mention on stream seems as your in there highlighted streamer section. It's a clique nothing less and every other streamer related to that site has supported NickSlots in a bias way.
