Be Aware SkyVegas etc won't discuss player issues

Be Aware: Sky Vegas and all related properties are off the list when it comes to player complaints.

We received a PAB and approached the casino. They replied:
Thanks for your E-mail. For confidentiality reasons I cannot discuss this issue with yourself.

When I offered to have the player send them a letter authorizing them to discuss the necessary details they replied:
We will not be entering into any correspondence on this issue with yourself, whether the client gives permission or otherwise.

They kindly suggested that the player contact them directly. Needless to say the player in question had well exhausted that approach and had turned to us for further assistance.

Unfortunately here and in all future cases related to SkyBet properties we won't be able to offer PAB assistance.

FYI, it appears that there is some confusion regarding SkyVegas' Accred status. Clearly that needs to be resolved, especially so in light of their recent "won't discuss" position. It could be that I was talking to the wrong people but there's currently no rep listed so ... like I said, there's some confusion here. We'll get this sorted shortly.

No confusion here. :D Not accredited. They have had a continuous problem keeping a rep in the forum so they have been dropped from the site.
