Welcome to the forum Lidiaa, sorry to hear you're having problems! Probably best to post your complaint in the 'complaints' section of the forum however, where I'm sure it'll receive the attention required!

Edit: Which, by the power of secret Casinomeister pixies, has now magically happened...

Better still,to pitch a bitch through Montana Disputes. Let them investigate whether the accounts belong to the same person. If they rule in the player's favour,Shark should give you your winnings back. You may have to wait for quite a while though as they are pretty slow.

I used to live down that way. OK, not quite that way - in the filthy dirty, crime-ridden casbah of a city about an hour away on the Vesuviana.

Sorry, had to reminisce briefly. :)

Shark seem to have woken up their ideas since the days of my

; might be worthwhile trying to find an affiliate as well as Montana to look into this - the personal approach doesn't hurt. That said, file with Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) before their 60-day deadline expires.

I don't think there is a Shark rep at Casinomeister, unfortunately.

Their manager posts under the name cyrus7b. He's a friendly chap and seems fair when I've dealt with him. Email him (get a direct address from live chat) and he should be able to help

I'm an Italian speaker myself, but I have to say that non-English communications on the forum are bad form.

Caruso: Bad form is an opinion I respect. However, I was complimenting the CM directly to Lidiaa and chose to do so in HER native language. Google can translate for anyone unfamiliar with the post. :)

Wowsers..I'm not one to beat a dead horse (And I have read 22 of the 40 pages of posting regarding this "Incident") but this was eye opening as I have received alot of "Free offers" "Bonus Offers" and paid attention only till I saw "JAB" was permitted or not" (Or any VP game)

Maybe I should start looking at the full terms and not only to my desired area..Plus maybe switching over to BJ more often (After fulfilling terms) and pondering the offers more.

Also, to make sure of it all, from what I read the situation was settled..But shows what a "Clerical Error" can do so much damage and the best thing a casino can do is bow their heads, say "Mea Culpea" (No, I picked that up elsewhere I can't do very well in non-english) and right that which went wrong..Which it looks like they did...

Another quick resolution by CM et al. Glad you got paid Lidiaa. Someone should change the thread title maybe?

I'm offering a class on Casino Management 101 - it's being covered in the recent issues of Casinomeister's newsletter. This is last week's archived version:

CASINO MANAGEMENT 101
Making mistakes

There is one thing that we all have in common - we make mistakes. No matter how sharp or wise we are, no matter how foresighted we can be, we have the ability to screw up. It's bound to happen, and when it does - just get over it.

The rest is here:
